Re: Is anyone else's pet being extra clingy?
Our cats which usually go out to the backyard and remain until dusk cry to be let back in the house now within minutes of going out.

One hides in the bathroom meowing frantically and one climbs on me and pulls my hand over itself to get me to pet and calm it.

They meowy one now crawls beneath the covers beside me when it previously did not.

They don't usually behave that way.
Until your military service has required you neutralize enemy combatants and invaders in the defense of your country,
don't presume to tell us that have defended you that you don't support every shot we fired to eliminate that enemy.

Yes. My black lab has gotten to where he won't go outside unless I go with him and he's constantly hugging up against me for rubs and pats. He looks at me sadly like I'm going away.

My cat’s so independent. Now he’s not even coming in for breakfast. I made him stay inside for a few days so he had to rebel.

ZOMG, yes.

My dog was driving me nuts last night.

I was on a zoom meeting and it was annoying as all hell, but I like to keep her in at night because fireworks, coyotes etc.

My cats, following me everywhere, staying very close, uncharacteristically, and they keep having twitchy ears, not fleas or mites they are very well cared for.

Something earth based or in the skies is happening, they feel it.

Re: Is anyone else's pet being extra clingy?
As I don't necessarily believe in coincidences; my cat today has been very loving, 'clingy' and followed me everywhere...

Thing is, she's only just over a year old and has never been like she has been today!
So now with this thread, it's clear they are sensing something.

I read a book many many years ago about ancient Egypt and that they worshipped cats as gods...maybe there's something about them that us humans today do not know!

Still...I'm being alert ;)
