Concentrate on your needs OP. Cut everything else out and lower your expectations. Once your needs are taken care of you're free to live as you please.

It is a beautiful idea but some people don't want to play the game.

Sometimes you just need to get things off your chest. We argue a lot on this site but there’s a lot of caring folks here too.

It’s not a game. You’re not forced to say anything if you don’t want to.

It's hard to understand at first, OP. We live in a constant state of flux, everything always changing. The mystics talk of living a life of non attachment, the more we try and hold on to things the more pain it brings, it can't be done, as again we are in a state of constant flux.

Things come, things go. People come, people go. Love every second because it's all temporary. Don't get too attached and hopefully you will eventually come to a state of peace about all of it. It's actually quite beautiful, this never ending dance we're in.

I'm sorry to hear OP. I've been going through it rough for the last month. I feel myself changing daily. I feel myself becoming war ready, going through made up scenarios of civil war which would subsequently bring in foreign invaders. A Constant fight or flight mentality without a tangible cause. Its mentally exhausting. I lost my job back in March. Really nice office job managing convention. I have an 18 month old and I fear for his future. Im really coming to realize that I may have to make the ultimate sacrifice to ensure his freedom. This sucks man but all good things must end. It just seems we are unfortunate enough to witness this one.

Something I'm really striving for. I just worry about my baby boy so much :/

I know... The babies & children are on my heart powerfully. Spiritual preparation is the most important. I witnessed my teen daughter deceased 10+ years ago now. I cried out WHY & our Father in Heaven answered me with a powerful restoration with the warmth of the Holy Spirit outpouring head to toe. Jesus is the way, truth & life... Miracles are fact today. He is our only escape out of this evil horror we now call life!

Just a BIG RED FLAG though from one who's been there:

Don't divorce because times are tough right now. Divorce will make all your lives 1000x worse.

In April during the height of the pandemic scare my nephew called and said he wanted to visit. Turned out his unpaid housemates had enough. Had not seen him in nearly 2 years. He was a drop out and pretty fucked up mentally but I wanted to help him because he is family and it gave me an opportunity to get him started in life on the up and up instead of in a homeless shelter. It was the longest 3 months I think I've experienced in years. During that time he got a job that turned out to be part time. I pressured him to try a temp agency and he was immediately able to start at 12.50 per hour in a low cost community in central Ohio. I live in a single bedroom apartment. I'm of very limited means as I am mentally ill and it is hard for me to keep myself together. My brother and his ex wife were not able to raise him with any sort of empathy or care for what he does to others. He was able to save enough for a car after his 3rd pay check and he did some minor thing to upset me and I kind of unloaded on him. I told him he has 14 days to move on, I don't care if you have to borrow the money. I wanted to help repair my brothers family. Looks like I failed that. They in fight all the time. I don't engage in it. He said she said all that, I'm like, I just want to help you reconcile with each other. No doubt I'm being demonized right now for saying that awful 2 letter word.

That arguing is no good

Lost my job, fighting unemployment, fighting with my wife, too much dependence on medication to make me less anxious. Life has not been so good to me in 2020

Yep...even the most pampered yuppies are feeling it right now. Shit, even hollywood people are stressed! That is the only consolation. Seeing dumbshits like Jen Aniston whining and wearing a mask has been the up side of this for me.

Oh and the fact that people keep their 6 feet distance. I actually think that is a good thing. Too many people in public have bad spacial boundaries. This remedied that.
