Global Deep State’s plans for their Second ‘Wave’ Plandemic in October/November

Expect a second wave of the virus in October/November (Timed to coincide with the election no doubt) with ever more draconian measures being put into place such as having a vaccine/immunity passport being a requirement for renewing things such as a driver’s license. The vaccine will not be made mandatory as that would open up the likes of the Gates foundation to legal challenges in the event of serious side effects. People will clamor for one anyway.

More ‘waves’ to follow with increasing severe consequences on manufacturing and food distribution. Masks allow the global deep state to see who is the most obedient and subservient and which communities or countries still need to be targeted.

Smart phone apps will allow those vaccinated to see who are not, thus creating fear and retribution.
