I live in Canada and in the city I live in has had no deaths since June 10.

So if Sweden have had no new deaths in 11 weeks, and my city, which has been under lockdowns which are only just now being eased, has had no new deaths for at least seven weeks, then what should this tell you?

Two things:

1. The lockdowns have had little or no effect

2. The virus has ripped through the population already and is running out of hosts it can infect and kill. Or it is mutating into a less lethal and less infectious form.

If we don’t see a second wave hitting this fall and winter, we’ll know that (2) above is the explanation.

Big fucking deal. Numbers are still absolutely miniscule. Only SLIGHTLY higher than Great Britain, with the only difference being that Sweden didn't destroy their whole economy. I'm sure that the total numbers of deaths due to the economic impact of lockdown far eclipse any corona deaths.

hardly anyone wears a mask in Sweden.. no "social distancing".... The mask ritual is just that.. a ritual. They reported 27 new cases today, which was the lowest reported in Europe.

They say theyve had 80, 000 cases and 6,000 deaths. The numbers are thought by all to grossly undercount reality. Even if they are true,this iare higher than all its surrounding neighbors . Its economy has also suffered worse.Sweden has grossly failed its people.

New "Cases" are not deaths.

By not wearing mask, many likely get light exposure to the virus (aerosilized, but very scattered and low dose).. this essentially gives many there a "natural vaccination" and immunity to further exposure. people exlsewhere are missing out on this, and so there are still many unexposed people in other countries (more "waves" to come).

Sweden could be through the worst, while the rest of the world has more waves to go through. Masks also probably make the disease MUCH worse for thos infected (and wearing the mask). They're breathing their own virus back deeper into their lungs, greatly increasing viral load. Much more likely to get very sick and need hospitalization (from wearing masks).
