This is a fact because it can be independently verified by any conscious observe, even animals.

Facts are UNIVERSALLY AGREED UPON CIRCUMSTANCES.

opinions are simply unverified facts and many of them turn out to be proven wrong while others are purely subjective and neither right or wrong.

This ^ is what some would say is a "personal truth" but in reality it is an opinion, neither right nor wrong and different for everyone as many would not agree with this statement.

This is a THEORY not a fact as it cannot be proven or dis-proven. It may very well in the future be proven as a fact or dis-proven but that remains yet to be seen.

We have top LEARN TO DISCERN FACTS FROM FICTION.

This is our quest and journey as a collective species.
The more Truth/Facts about the universe we uncover and expose, the more chance we have to survive and continue ourt evolution into higher awareness.

Emotions are of the mind..self deception can occur. There heart never lies.

If we did not have an agreed upon set of circumstances we call "FACTUAL REALITY" we could not fucntion as a society.

Those FACTS (agreed on circumstances of reality) put man on the moon, clothed your children and put a roof over our heads with indoor electricity and plumbing.

Facts may not be the whole truth and YES we must leave room to improve those facts, but if it can be verified from every angle of consciousness perception, even that of a very primitive animal (fire burns things), then to ignore those facts is to do so at our own peril.

Gravity is a fact. What if your heart tells you you can fly? Are you going to jump off a cliff? Which do you think will win out? The FACT of gravity that will pull you down to your death? Or will you fly away becasue you believe it in your heart?

Now... consider this... what if your heart tells you there is a way to use TRUTH/FACTS to fly off that cliff?

now you are on a mission to discover the TRUTH/FACTS about flight and how to utilize that knowledge to create a hang glider and fly off that cliff.

THAT my friend is "INTUITION".

It is always wise to listen to the Heart's intuition, but it is foolish to disregard known facts about reality such as "gravity will cause you to fall down if you walk off a cliff".

Discerning Truth/Facts is the whole point of evolution.
do not let the media/government brainwashing machine distort your reality. While facts are subject to further interpretation, they are still immutable facts and cannot be changed by your opinions of them.

YES it is FACT that animals have instincts.
YES it is a FACT that those instincts are meant to aid the animal and often do but that is not always the case as sometimes an animal's instincts can get them killed.

Genetic memory (instincts) are simply the DNA bank of the creature that contains the past experiences of all that animals ancestors and the methods that worked and did not work in evolution.

This is not a flawless system as reality is unpredictable, but if the animal's species has survived this long, it is a good indication that it has been fairly successful up to this point.

If the system of evolution the animal develops is not successful well... 99% of all species go extinct for a reason.

C'mon man. It's not that hard. Facts are universally verifiable. Gravity will cause you to fall unless you find a FACTUAL METHOD of overcoming it (like bird wings). That is not an opinion. That is TRUTH/FACT.
