At this point, I'd say there's 50% compliance. No one enforces it. Our Gov left the mask mandate question up to the local governments. Of course, the cities (Nashville, Memphis, etc...anywhere a dumbocrap is in charge) all have them. Rural areas don't. I don't believe for a minute that the WH told TN to implement this state-wide. I mean, why WOULD they? |

There is a reason that rural areas are red and cities blue. Rural areas believe in freedom. All the stores have signs to wear masks but nobody stops you at the door. When the mask stuff first started the greeters at Walmart would ask you when you went in if you had a mask but half the people just said nothing and walked in so they gave up after about a week. What can they do. If they call the cops they won’t do anything because the rural cops are the worst ones about not wearing one. |

I was in Pigeon Forge last night and even though all the businesses have signs saying masks are required, no one says anything about not wearing one. I would say that last night I saw maybe 30% mask wearing at most. I have never worn one and will not. I was kicked out of the Christmas shop in PF because I did not have a mask. |
