Are you actually going bald though? Or is she lying to push your buttons? Either way, if you are going bald, look into Edgar Cayce. He had some remedies for this problem. Easy to google. And also look into eating more watermelons and tomatoes (lycopene). Maybe you're iron deficient? If so, eat iron (obviously), but also make sure to get Vitamin C which helps the absorption of iron. And finally, look into detumescence (basically massaging your head to increase blood flow to the scalp)

If she's just pushing your buttons, I wouldn't worry about it too much. Or you could go for the eye for an eye approach and make fun of her wrinkles or thinning edges or something. It'll be way easier for you to push her buttons than vice versa, since she's a female.
