This is what I think Trump's forensic-techs will do when they get their hands on the hard-drives.

1. Clone hard-drives;
2. Scan hard-drives for text files (CSV,etc), log files, libraries, executables, DB files, etc;
3. Decompile libraries and executables;
4. Search libraries and executables for modules from open-source remote-access-tools ( [link to github.com (secure)] etc).
5. Analyze files for remote connection data including IPs.
6. Analyze code for functions that allow vote manipulation and switching;
7. Analyze DB/text files for examples of voting switching/manipulation from remotely connected terminals;
8. etc.

This would have been spelled out in great detail (or should have been) in the contracts each state have w/domino. If I were spending millions on such systems, at a minimum, I'd insist on source code being held in escrow. However, that would not give anyone the rights to look at it unless the triggers for certain events in the contract allowed it. One example would be if Domino went bankrupt.

National Emergency Act can eliminate that.
