It's always like that. I think women are just built to hold on to it. Hormones maybe? I don't know.

I can't limit myself too or else I just binge. That's what happened when I tried fasting for days. I just ruined it when I could eat.

So I've decided on moderation. I don't mind going without as long as I can have it one in a while.

Yes, at least some. We've been snacking on macadamia nuts. They're really good, but expensive!

I'm having a crazy week, but managed greek chicken last night. It's a lot like arroz con pollo, but with a little cinnamon added with the tomato. Then we serve it with sour cream. It's one of the kids' favorite dinners and I always forget about it. I think my ex MIL gave me the recipe, which is why I don't think about it.

Basically this recipe, but I use double the tomatoes (both paste and fresh) and add 1 tsp of cinnamon. It sounds strange but is really good.

Ha, I love pizza, but ho made us better for me.

It tasted salty to me and I should've stopped eating it, but I didn't want to make a fuss. We weren't there for the food, but rather moral support.

I paid for eating the extra salt though. I was up drinking a lot through the night.
