Hhhmmmm... 'just had some pretzels with a beer.

Okay so now I can have a BLT, sausage sammich, or maybe fire up some hash brown potatoes. I have onion and pepper to add.

Hash browns are the best! If you have leftover meat, you can make hash..corned beef isn't the only option, roast beef, turkey, ham..all make good hash with onion and pepper.


It's my secret weapon to make kids eat leftovers. Chorizo or taco meat with southwest seasoning and a can of green chilies added to the potatoes, peppers, and onions makes a nice 'taco hash' too.

I'm sure Lance or Rewind can give you some other hash recipes

LOL I JUST FOUND THE BLOCK OF MAC AND CHEESE I FROZE FROM PARA'S RECIPE AND STUCK IT IN THE OVEN WITH THE STUFFING SWEET TATERS AND GRAVY. I AM SO FOOKN HUNGRY maybe a beer while i wait?

I got 2 free birthday meal coupons in my email yesterday, Sonny's & Ruby Tuesday.

I got a brisket sandwich & BBQ beans. Mr got a sampler plate so I could have some pulled pork & half of a baked potato, too. The sampler has ribs, chicken, pulled pork, & brisket.

BBQ for 2 for $18, not bad!

We had stuffed bread tonight. He makes the inside with a mix of ground beef, ground pork, smoked sausage, red & green bell peppers, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, chicken stock and cheese.

I've decided to add to the fridge food a lamb curry, so exciting, and S27's bread inspires me to thaw a couple frozen loaves, and stuff them with cheese before baking.

Any cheese suggestions?

Oh, bfast is 3 cups espresso and watching the birds. Yesterday I went out to smoke a new cig and they were just a chirping happiness like they met the hand that feeds them.

Good morning, same breakfast here but not too many birds enjoying the cold. We've a little Carolina wren family living in the mock orange bush outside the back door and they scold us for going in and out but that's about it most mornings.

I like to stuff bread with a little garlic butter, sauteed spinach and onion, and fontina cheese (always and forever sneaking green stuff in on the kids lol)

Lamb curry sounds nice. It's hard to find good lamb around here.

Good morning all. 'Never got anything else for dinner, nothing for breakfast so far but a big cup of coffee.

'Better to skip breakfast for not being hungry than to eat something 'because it's time' if I'm not hungry.

Had my morning prescriptions and RSO for pain so I'm doing great this morning and dreaming of my General Tso chicken for mid-afternoon meal.

Tim saved me (vacuum packed in the freezer) the rest of my chicovfefe sent to me by Pool so I am sipping that with a slight taste of Jack Daniels and kind of laughing a lot...after I'm going to eat a spicy ramen kimchi bowl. With some added sauces. Like lots of them. I dunno, my property mate just keeps making oddities he finds online and though they smell funny...end up being tasty. A quick note .. remember how the power company could not figure out how to access the meter? for three months they send me a bill for what ever amount they decide? Last month I just sent whatever amount I wanted. Today, they figured out how to access the meter, I noticed? Looks like the Boss had to do it, as it was a huge utility truck huge guy pulls up for one meter read? Usually the guy walked home to home to get it done but i am special

Love the turtle vid! Years ago I had a tiny little turtle run away lol! Successfully. True story. I had it out front with all of the neighborhood kids, letting it strut around. I got distracted for just a few minutes and that thing was gone. Never to be found again. I knew all of the neighborhood moms so I know that none of the kids took it. It ran away for real haha!
