But there are small rule changes that accomplish the same thing minus a totalitarian redistribution of wealth, which we know doesn't work.

Some changes to tax code, fine, but soak the rich never works. It doesn't raise enough money and eventually, the taxes required to provide free benefits for everyone and all of the free riders consumes all of a society's wealth and it disintegrates.

To start, change corporate laws to make them less powerful in lobbying and the preferential legal treatments.

Second, repeal Nafta. If there were a successful middle class with low skill manufacturing jobs capable of sustaining a family with one working parent in good style, we would never have heard of Antifa.

No question the investor class has removed costs but they have also removed prosperity for the labor that provides the good and services. Very greedy and short sighted and that's how revolutions happen.

Civil society usually means one that is controlled at the top. Everyone gets the same education and natural skills are not vetted at an early age.

Utopian societies have endured for millennia's if you know where to look. They well understood the sciences, math and astronomy and the skills best suited for each person, rather than wasting it in 12+ years of education. This is a big planet (see link below). So a system is badly broken if it just blanketly allows everyone the same voting power. The Founding Fathers did not approve of that and they were correct.

If you are going to allow women, the base of the Democrat party, to vote in Federal elections, there has to be other qualifications implemented for EVERYONE. Burningman only works for a week because people can bring everything they need with them for that week.
