Facts are facts no matter how emotional someone gets...

If you cannot experience it, you cannot prove it existed.

Do NOT believe what you see on TV.
Do NOT believe what you read on the internet.
Do NOT believe what you hear.
ONLY believe what you can experience.

You can experience God but cannot prove the existence.

You can experience gravity but cannot prove its existence.

Not all is what it seems, and then you have to break it down piece by piece, I say let them start what puzzle piece they want to start with, the rest I’m sure they could figure out themselves as time goes on.

8 For it is by free grace (God’s unmerited favor) that you are saved ([a]delivered from judgment and made partakers of Christ’s salvation) through [your] faith. And this [salvation] is not of yourselves [of your own doing, it came not through your own striving], but it is the gift of God;
9 Not because of works [not the fulfillment of the Law’s demands], lest any man should boast. [It is not the result of what anyone can possibly do, so no one can pride himself in it or take glory to himself.]

I would pass on the importance that psychedelics are known to expand the mind. I would try and convey the importance of peeking behind the veil in order to see things bearing infinite qualities.

Re: what's the best piece of information you should teach children?
In the near future our country will go tits up. The big cities will become killing zones, ships will NOT be delivering Amazon crap to our shores nor will oil come this way. Taxes will have to go up, people will resort to theft, deceit, and harmfulness in order to survive.

Teach your kids how to live off the land. Teach them to fish, grow crops, and how to wipe their butts with old newspapers or weeds.

Seriously, think about a future where there is no carbon based fuels, no way to transport heating oil and nuclear reactors being shut down because no one is there to run them. The kids had better be able to feed themselves, heat their abode, and figure out how to clothe themselves lest they be left in the dust and have to rely upon others for their well being.

They will have to learn how to utilize the God given resources that are in a one mile radius of their house or they will be dead of starvation within a month. Have them watch TV shows like Alone and Naked and Afraid on how to survive. Don't teach them how to bury their heads in the sand, teach them how to survive and thrive in a world with less conviencses.

My grandson is 11 and he already knows to NEVER trust a Democrat. This kid looks at the world in a different way already. He sees what's really going on as his mother and soon to be step dad are very conservative.

Re: what's the best piece of information you should teach children?
To love learning.
I think we should be modeling manners, morals, and being kind to one another ALL THE TIME. They are always watching the adults in their realm and mimic us. If you are snarky and speak ill of others behind their backs, your children will do the same. If you help little old ladies across the street, your children will emulate you.
But I think you have to do more than modeling a love of learning, that is something you have to teach and you can do that by fostering their natural curiosity and inquisitiveness. Teach them how to find answers and praise them for their curiosity. Don't drown them out, ignore them, tell them 'it won't be on the test'. Listen to their ideas and be honest and gentle in your replies to their inquiry.

Just my 2 cents but it seems to have worked well for my kiddos so far.
