I remember that day well. I worked in PS since 1992, long before layers was even an option.

So when they tried to clean up the mess, claiming the scanner made Photoshop layers out of thin air it was laughable as shit.

A buddy of mine I went to college with that worked at a ABC network remembered that many people gasped at this, anyone that works in media and production knew this was 100% impossible to have had happen and the certificate was faked.

Crazy how they still got away with it to the sheep.

Wonder what happen to the person who made the fake and forgot to hand over a flatten file instead of the PSD file.
