Hate, is a strong word. Dislike, is a more digestible word. Kind of means the same thing, just not as intense.

I dislike what the world is becoming, when it was totally different just a moment ago.

I used to think that four years of a new administration was what it took to change a few things, and change a course.

But, to change everything in just 14 months? Now facing War, record Inflation, verge of an administratively pushed social and political civil, and world war. Supply chains cutting off the food chain, outrageous fuel prices due to Admin cutting off our own domestic supply, driving the cost of every delivered goods to the very top of acceptability. Let's not even talk about Just throwing money we don't have all over the world and let's not leave out our enemies, they deserve a big piece of our 'tax' dollars.


Yeah, anyone who supports this Administration's agenda and policies, also Deserves a bit of Hatred and Rage from at least ME.

You read the factual posts on your psychological handicap. I don't know if I'm more angry, or sad by what's happening to our country by a group of people that are actively working to destroy it with the help of the other side.

But how does being angry help you to be the fittest and survive? I know that it can happen, but it should pass quickly. It isn't helpful. Nobody will care that you're angry and give you something in return.

Playing unfair games is absolutely great for building self-control and self-discipline.

Incidentally, it's also great for learning to spot all the real-life unfair "games" that you're suck(er)ed into without even realizing it (or having ever given your consent to be suck(er)ed into) ... like politics, finances, and such.

What makes them unfair is that, not only you were never taught the actual rules of those games (as opposed to the utterly fictional rules that you're "taught"/brainwashed with from the cradle), but those in power are doing literally everything in their power to hide those actual, real rules from you.

Once you train your brain (with any unfair games, computer ones or otherwise) to become sensitive enough, you'll be genuinely surprised at just how (genuinely irreparably) fucked up everything is on this planet... and, ultimately, in this whole "reality" as it is/was intentionally designed to be.

One day something enraged me . I don't remember what it was and it really does not matter. The point is I was enraged nearly to the point of insanity and I desperately wanted to destroy something. However, I still had a functioning rational side of my brain that told me to calm down and not do something I might regret. I took heed. So I methodically tried to figure out what I could smash without regret or injury myself.

I looked around and glared at a couch pillow and selected it as the target of my anger. I grabbed a 3 foot long stick from the utility closet and proceeded to beat the pillow mercilessly with murderous rage. I beat the pillow till my arm hurt and I collapsed from exhaustion.

After catching my breath, I burst out laughing at the utter ridiculousness of my actions. I had transmuted the rage into levity and completely forgot about whatever had angered me in the first place.

It’s not always murder. Sometimes it’s futility, powerlessness, grief, fury.
It’s not always directed at someone or a group of someones.

I think we might be in agreement. Directing it at someone is a sort of violence toward ourselves. To hate is to be angry and to be angry oa to not accept what has happened. It’s futile to be angry at the past. Our anger is supposed to defend us in the present. Anger after the fact is hatred. Hatred is murder.

One day I slept after training without dinner. I woke hungry and decided to do one load of laundry before breakfast. I was hungry so I reached in the basement fridge for a carbohydrate drink.

Next think I knew I was karate chopping wet sheets. They wouldn’t go in the dryer right! I knew I was being insane. I almost got the sheets into the dryer and pulled them out to karate kick them.

I’m sure there’s a teaching in the experience of punching wet sheets. It wasn’t very satisfying. I barked at them too. Those damned sheets. Those mothers.

Remember we are immortal spiritual beings and it is our choice whether or not to take this illusory “physical” universe based on the rules of survival, seriously or not.

I dump all my rage on the world proper where it belongs.
