As I testified earlier, I was on a program in the year 2000 where the USA was paying Russia billions to dismantle nukes.

They CHEATED. US officials were not allowed to observe the dismantlement.

Against the 4,000 nukes in our inventory, our enemies have an overwhelming superiority. Even if half their stuff does not work, we would be disarmed by a first strike.

The point of greatest danger is when those two countries are WEAK.

Russia has a declining population, high STD/HIV/tuberculosis rates, poor manufacturing infrastructure, etc.

China has a DECLINING population that is aging rapidly due to the rigid one-child policy.

They both may think this is the time to risk it all in a final blow against the USA.

Coupled with our current lack of leadership, we are at the highest risk of nuke war since the Cuban Missile Crisis.
