In the deep population plan to kill our at least shorten life "they" instill many plans to keep the herd stressed.

Constant stress keeps confusion constant causing health damage, mental stress and psychical stress.

So whatever thing will happen on a bi-weekly basis is basically designed to hurt the population.

"They" have no plan on stopping the stress levels at any point so the best thing people can do is turn your back on it all.

Once,"they" can no longer instill fear or keep your attention "They" lose the ability to control you.

Permanent power outages in specific areas of the country this winter

WW3 is arguable already here, either way, it won't look like ww2 only updated, so we need to realize how warfare has changed. Looking at the psychological, digital, medical, and financial warfare going on within our own country, let alone the rest of the world, what exactly would "kick off" this WW3? A nuclear attack? If ww3 means nuclear war, then the odds are less than zero. Civil war in the US is also arguably already started, and either way it won't resemble THE civil war by any stretch. It hasn't turned "hot" necessarily, but again, what would have to happen to consider it to be a civil war in the US? Full states secession? Govt vs the public? Everyone pictures wars involving soldiers and guns, but we're in a much different era, so the nuances are much more complex and these scenarios are far too broad to be "bet" on. Also, from what it looks like, the EU is already collapsing, so, what's gonna happen next will be the continued globalist takeover, vaccination requirements, climate lockdowns, food shortages, supply chain disruptions, and in the US, further attacks between political parties. The majority of the people, on either side of the right/left paradigm lie, will be cheering on their guy, but their guy is not really their guy, he's just THE guy pushing the next agendas and getting the population to consent. At some point in time, they will run the alien psyop when they need the cognitive dissonance and social unrest to stop, and unite. And, the fallout (not the fake radioactive fallout) from the pandemic measures, such as the excess PPE waste, the financial crises, psychological tolls on children, and families, etc. We will/are be experiencing the bullwhip effect, rather than inflation. The CPI may go up, but the dollar is not going to tank, and just like the huge increase in prices of lumber, and gas, that have turned around and decreased at an even more rapid rate. Companies sell futures, and they will play ball for a while with the govt, but when they have to deliver their promised goods/services, they will do what they have to, i.e. lower prices considerably. The economic system is just being manipulated and if the dollar was tanking, why would their be the need to create the greatest transfer of wealth in history, and with ESG's focusing on cash flow rather than financial growth, there's just basically a giant,incremental constriction going on that is and will be unlike anything we can really predict. SO the point is, all of those things are/will happen[ing] but not as our social programming tells us they will.
