Quoting: Anonymous Coward 629544269 (kel tec) to 329 (Ruger) I am trying to sell a kel tec for 250. I can't believe it hasn't sold yet. How are you trying to sell it? I'm trying to figure out how to get a deal. Just locally where I live really. glptrainer(at)yahoo.com |

How fortunate for governments that the people they administer don't think. Adolf Hitler When the government fears the people there is liberty; when the people fear the government there is tyranny. Thomas Jefferson "Expose yourself to your deepest fear; after that, fear has no power, and the fear of freedom shrinks and vanishes. You are free." Jim Morrison |

Upgraded from a Ruger P90 in 45ACP. Was a good, solid pistol, but only 7+1 or 8+1 (though I don't like the 8 round mags, they stick out too far). |

Quoting: Nikki_LaVeyI have also been known to carry my S&W .357 5 shot, a custom .357 over under derringer, .25 Beretta, a .31 baby colt baby dragoon, .31 Remington pocket pistol and a 410 ga shotgun cane. I almost bought the Bump a .25, but I figured it was cheaper for her to just carry a rock in her purse and she'd be better armed! BTW, was your PPK/S made in or after March '02? If so, Walther/S&W has issued a recall (due to a possible faulty hammer block): [link to www.smith-wesson.com] |

Quoting: Evil TwinIt fell out and landed on the hammer. Shot him in his right butt cheek. ... At least the bullet missed your bike!! He was on a 47 knuckle head HD Not a Yamaha Virago like the pictures since posted show. Yammie is stable and gots great shocks. Knuckle is rigid frame and transmits all bumps to rider. Have owned and ridden both. My gun? Cops surrounded me Car on side of road. parked. Cops in front and back and left side boxed me in. Search found no weapon. My Browning HP in holster on handlebars. Stupid F*s missed it while feeling me up repeatedly. I've only carried since I was 17. Anyone else have any actual experience? |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 628429Every gun owner is a pansy, pure and simple. Forget that pansy gun. Why do you need a pansy gun? Go mono-e-mono with your would-be assailant. What do you do when your assailant is holding a pistol and demanding that you suck his dick? You can A: suck his dick, and pray that he doesn't shoot you when you try to bite it off or B: Dive for cover and shoot his pecker off. |

Yammie is stable and gots great shocks. Knuckle is rigid frame and transmits all bumps to rider. Have owned and ridden both. Good eye, bro! However, it's not called a Virago any more, but the "son of Virago", a 2007 V-Star 1100. And like its daddy, the V-star is bulletproof, although there are a couple of silly things, like you have to take off the #2 exhaust pipe and loosen the LH floor board to remove the oil filter (I have a oil-filter relocation kit (ORK) , as do most people who own the bike). But other than that, it's stable, and even though it still has carbs rather than efi, it seems to work okay at altitudes of up to 8000'. Unfortunately, I think the 2009 model will be the last one; Mamma Yamma is already phasing in belt-drive, liquid cooled EFI bikes to replace the air-coolder, shaftie, carbureted models like mine. But I love the retro look, especially since I just got a set of Metzeler 880 white sidewalls. Where's the EVIDENCE, Jim? |
