Shooting from the hip here from past research, I would say that some researchers have stated that many peoples (whites) in the ancient past descended from Mars on the Caucasus Mountains, hence the term Caucasian!

but, the celts moved into the britainic area more recently in history
they are really the conquerers, if you go by birth rates and not by political power
