I noticed that too OP, it's been that way for a couple of weeks. Very odd.

normally there are details when you click. these are not listing any details, just a blank table.
i've never seen anything there on RSOE like this before...

maybe it has to do with the ongoing drill NLE-09?

When you click a Bubble comes up with basic information - location and such. At the bottom of that Bubble is another clickable "Details" - for further details. It is working presently - I just checked.

click on the details link, and you will see it is an empty list.

i noticed after afghanistan invasin more smal planes fell outta the air and more trains derailed than before .. elligals set more wild fires . it spread to highly insured residentual areas . and still going on. europe has wildfires going on in nice insured areas. coincidence prolly .
