It should have been covered, BUT parents need to be more responsible. The comment about the law suit was what got me. I get so tired of people not taking responsibility. I guess maybe I'm one of the few people left in America that actually admits when I screw up instead of trying to find someone else to blame. I feel for the parents, but they (or whomever was in charge of the child at the time) should have kept better track of him/her. |

Now that said how bout you people start taking responsibility for your own actions instead of suing someone or crying about it. YES IT IS SAD the kid died but STOP making people have to make their own PROPERTY into a fortress to protect the STUPID people. |

(neighbor was to watch both kids at womans house) woman leaves to walk to store. upon womans return police and cps are there. that neighbor left the womans door open and walked 2 doors down to her apartment to get something, left the kids alone inside. someone saw this and called the police. cps took the children. to this day that woman doesnt have her kids back. the courts said it was the parents fault for leaving her children in the care of an incompetent sitter. the 'sitter' had no charges filed against her either. political correctness is a doctrine.... fostered by a delusional, illogical minority...... and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media; which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end. |

Quoting: PhennommennonnIf the children came to no harm being left alone in the house for that short time, how does CPS have a case? I do not doubt the story, for I have heard even worse; I'm just wondering what their excuse was. |
