I buy once/week. I spend about $160-180/month on groceries depeding on how much condiments I buy that month. - 4 lbs of chicken and 3 lbs of ground chuck a week - 2 lbs of dry rice(Jasmine) and 2 lbs of dry beans(black and kidney) a week - 36 eggs a week - a 42oz container quick oatmeal about every 2 weeks - 1 banana a day as snack - a couple fruit and veggies added in as snack I add in olive oil, macadamia nut oil, coconut oil, peanut butter, and some hot sauce and spices/flavorings and thats it. I take a multi-vit, vit B complex, vit B12, vit C, vit D, Cal/Mag/Zinc, salmon oil I dont get tired of it at all. I feel healthier than Ive ever been. If you are happy thats all that matters. |

Also, I do occasionally eat different meals with others etc. Thats right. This. Not poor, but money is tight, and this was a good option, but it was more about my desire to eliminate as many poisons as possible from my diet and other areas of my environment. mmmmmm. I still see stuff I want. That is a total myth, the science has been updated...I would get a link but too lazy This. Cholesterol is within normal limits. I also liff weights, so thats why a little high on the protein, which is about 150 grams a day. I stay away from- MSG ( and anything with yeast extract or hydrolyzed veg protein) flouride as much as possible HFCS processed sugar (I use honey in the oatmeal) Hydrogentated veg oils anything soy no wheat no dairy and a whole bunch of other stuff like parabens and other endocrine disruptors I buy a container of 100% grape juice and OJ(not from concentrate) about once month. |
