Re: Something Just Went BEZERK in the Gulf of Mexico. The US Navy just sunk a French Submarine
Hello all,

I have NEWS ABOUT THE EMBASSY-BRIEFCASES ...
A very very interresting viewpoint about these was sended to me by My Angel.
What he/she sais and suggests makes a lot of sence in my opinion. :)

"Those "date release" dispatches usually contain documents sealed in a gelatin / solid jelly like liquid.
If its opened before the set time a gas(somewhat toxic but not deadly) like an airbag is released and an instant chemical reaction takes place where the jelly liquefies, immediately dissolving the documents/papers.

IF I had to venture a guess, I suspect that the documents contain a briefing(explanation) or debriefing of what is to take place in the week leading up to the 13th or soon thereafter. Those briefcases are thoroughly scanned for known explosives and bio-chemicals before the courier is even allowed to enter the inner embassy. So, I don't think there is any explosives or bio-hazard or "organism" in those cases.
Why the weight discrepancy? Well, some embassies store those cases in refrigerated or EMP or faraday cages while other embassies don't employ any special storage system. This could explain the weight issue as the jelly liquid reacts with the temperature."

Funny that a few pages back when we discused this on the thread, I was thinking about a faraday-cage as well ...
Q:Krispy

it would be normal for a substance to change mass under varying temperatures but to change weight is 'traditionally' impossible without evaporation or condensation

my suggestion of the laylines might explain the weight discrepancy in a non-traditional sense

that is what i believe i know and dont mean to preach
uhuummm om
 Quoting: dhlos 1070444

Goodmorning all :)

@ Dhlos
This is probably no conventional substance in thode briefcases Dhlos. High tech, special ops equipment that is more fringe then normal.
It was reported that the 2 mailroom-employees saw a gass-like vaporation comming out of the enveloppe ...
If stored in a cool place (refrigerator or cooling-cell or airless and moistless enviroment,... that will have defenately influence on the content ... with or without jelly.
Warmth or even magnetical/electrical fields can have influence on the chemical reactions of that jelly which can alter structure and mass. Logic science.
Leylines could add to the magnetical/electrical interaction on the jelly-content.

BTW> didnt WOODIE mention JELLYfish aswell????

"The name COBRA conjures up an image from an action film especially when its mention is normally connected with counter terrorism or emergency planning in the British Media. The name is actually an acronym standing rather disappointingly for Cabinet Office Briefing Room A. This is the room in Downing Street London where the UK’s civil contingencies committee meets. Its role has meant that it has met to discuss the response to a wide range of subjects in recent years from Foot & Mouth disease outbreaks to the bombings on September 11th.

Those present depend on the threat/issue being discussed and normally include the British Prime Minister and senior ministers as well as the heads of the British police and Intelligence Services. Cobra will normally meet following a terrorist attack to discuss any response and how to minimize any further threat. COBRA may not always meet in the same place due to security and has several secure sites where meetings may take place including the dramatically named Citadel a secure underground complex below government buildings in London. The events need not be in the UK for COBRA to meet for example it met after the suicide bombings in Istanbul, Turkey, which targeted the British Consulate and the HSBC bank in November 2003 which killed over 60 people including the British diplomat Roger Short. It is COBRA which has the power to decide if extra emergency powers are needed by the British government at times of crisis. Such powers would require a major incident with large scale impact such as a terrorist attack involving nuclear or biological weapons. Such powers are far ranging and would only be triggered under the most extreme circumstances but can even suspend Parliament and bypass the normal legal process if felt necessary and even call a bank holiday to shut down businesses if required."

Does anyone know what this post means, or why it was written?
Krispy? Anyone?

Just looking at it on the surface, and very casually, I see:
"So call JPL 40 hrs. B3 Fail"

It looks like there is a lot more to it, but I don't know what it is. Maybe I am way off but I thought I would throw it out there anyway.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1072656

Hello AC,

First of all I dont have a clue where Woodie is getting his information from, but it seems to make sence and I dont think that Woodie is an unstable psycotic delusionist. I believe him.

Your observation is right, but not complete ;
in the first line there is UA and there are dots behind some lines.
But yes I believe this has something to do with the JPL-lab "on the move" >> OP posted : watch JPL ON THE MOVE!
Did he ment "on the move" like traveling ... or could he have been meaning "on the move" as tacking a step (like you make a move with playing chess) ???

The 2 ,, behind "fourty" are mostly signs of duplication. My first guess was 'Fourty HH Harbor Rate'... but maybe it has to be doubling the 0 (zero) of fourty-40 : 40 00 HR wich of course means the same as in 40hr ...lol... but then the code is correct ;)

Maybe JPL is making a call (like in a pokergame, wich means the same as making a move with chess-play) in 40.00 hr ? It is clear that something with the B3 has failed or is failing. JPL could have important information about the B3...
Maybe that is why that new splashzone emerged again ... ????
Further does it suggests that sonic drilling is the disturburator ...
They have program Omega working preliminary 'for the case that'. It seems that seismic activity increase is linked with the Omega-program.
Maybe also seismic activity is agitating the AUrganism and when things should go very active they have to put Plan-Omega in action to stop the Aurganism (???)
It seems to me that an active (to be) faultline in the Central Pascific is connected - lined up with the lokation of sonic drillings or sonic measurements (like we can see on that red-orange radar that is shown on that YT-vid recently posted and on earlier screenshots of it that I posted).

The last 4 lines are in my viewpoint a warning that there is going to be a lure, they want to catch a fish - a bad guy/culprit. They have planted bait(s). They intruct to reset searchsensors and instal new bateries = new technology (torpedo's or other kind of missiles to intercept or intervein or stop , ... )
They are giving 2 coded timeframes : '3 am' and 'dinner'.

Didnt that SA sub (SAS) Manthatisi had "101 CLEARANCE" ?
"Relay from Mistral. second Russian submarine says manthatisi still has special 101 clearance. "
Is that vessel for this mission ?

There are 2 story's in this fish-post:
1. is the obveous what we can read
2. the capital code
Both have to be looked at (imo)

Here I will post the relevant postings of OP :
-OP 12:10 PM 8/1/2010 (pag 364) Good day, a short summary for the past 24 hours. Mistral received a relay from Russian captain that splashzone 1 is INDEED dissolving, calibrator seem to be working. captain reporting that column of "intelligent" oil is retreating back into spaghetti pipe formations (very difficult translation). after a few hours Mistral instructed 2us to halt shadowing of Crescent Moon and assist two German submarines to attack or tackle the other two zones. (translation problem). Mistral also sent a condition update to all French assets in the area that the previous un effected survivors of the GCP are ALL now showing signs of Nano Morgellons Disease but are stable. These symptoms started to develop in the past two WEEKs.

-OP 7:52 AM 8/4/2010 (pag 375) Good day, there are many serious Going on and I will try and post a Summary later but first I want to inform you of a very very unusual Occurrence.
18 hours ago Manthatisi appeared on DED (This is very unexpected)
Reading Chatter between Mistral and other assets it seems they are all surprised by the sudden appearance of Manthatisi in the theatre.
High command is still asking for proof positive identification that this is indeed the SAS Manthatisi and what power source is used. They don't understand how the batteries can last this long. (My girlfriend says it is strange that "they" could track the Missouri but the Manthatisi just suddenly appeared undetected until it was within 3 nautical miles from the rim) There was a crisis alert for about two hours when It was nearly attacked by a German submarine. 2us has informed Mistral that this submarine, whether or not its the Manthatisi, is definitely Also fitted with a Calibrator with 2x the range

-OP 11:22 AM (pag 376) Surface vessel Weatherbird II also now on DED. Possible Romeo with Missouri.. .

-OP 2:30 PM 2us reports sonic drilling again. Captain asking Mistral to coordinate vectoring from other proximity vessels to assist

-OP 2:32 PM 2us cannot participate. It is busy with clearing splashzone two, oil retreating as expected

-OP 2:40 PM (pag 375) Mistral instructs 2us to continue clearing spashzone two. window 2 hours. when Splashzone is clear 2us must go to periscope depth and observe Crescent Moon.. Mistral says standby for assistance from Odessa assets vessels to stop sonic drilling and terminate drilling apparatus. waiting for target and fire solution...

-OP 2:51 PM Mistral relaying from German command that Manthatisi is moving beyond double classification speed when visible on sonar. German asset cant keep up. Shadowing impossible. Asking second russian submarine to assist.

-OP 3:05 PM Relay from Mistral. second Russian submarine says manthatisi still has special 101 clearance. do not engage Manthatisi, manthatisi must be protected and not attacked or provoked at all maritime costs. requesting separate vector channel for explanation.. .

-OP 2:24 PM 8/6/2010 (pag 383) important, two surface vessels from USNSSC on DED. one is also possibly heading for a romeo with missouri while the other one is blocking a BP vessel with force.(This is the first time i've seen a USNSSC vesel in the theatre)

(PS: I havent checked the pagenumbers if they are still correct, but otherwise you will have to go 2 pages previous and look at the timeindications. Then you will find his posts again.)

OK...I checked the 23.12 for latitude on Google earth....and it's not near the spot where Weatherbird 11 mentions(40 mi off PC,Fla)..

Krispy that link was for when the WBII went out on the exploration trip that they just came back from today, and today is when they reported there is a huge puddle of oil sitting 40 mi off the coast of Panama City, Florida on the floor of the gulf...

could the new splashzone be that puddle that WBII talked about today??...

Cabinet Office Briefing Room (COBR)[1] is a term used to describe the formation of a crisis response committee, coordinating the actions of bodies within the government of the United Kingdom in response to instances of national or regional crisis, or during events abroad with major implications for the UK. The constitution of a COBR will depend on the nature of the incident but it is usually chaired by the Prime Minister or another senior minister, with other key ministers as appropriate, and representative of relevant external organizations such as the Association of Chief Police Officers and the Local Government Association.[1][2]

Thanks so much for the link, which explains some things.

Appears that Russia got their experience with the unleashed "intelligent oil" from Lake Baikal, rather than Lake Vostok. They developed the calibrator to get some control over the oil/hydrates activity.

Very scary - likely, this stuff lives, grows, multiplies, and morphs in both fresh and salt water.

There will be no safe petroleum-based product. Wonder how long before we have to deal with that on a personal basis?

It's looking more and more as if 2012 takes us back to Square One.

Re: Something Just Went BEZERK in the Gulf of Mexico. The US Navy just sunk a French Submarine
if i'm not mistaken, the Prime Minister David Cameron is on a 2 week holiday in Cornwall, so the Liberal leader and deputy PM Nick Clegg is nominally in charge at the moment. The South African informant on the other thread thought the COBRA meeting this morning was to do with the Royal Navy. It is curious that a COBRA meeting was called for the early hours of the morning, there's nothing on UK mainstream media, so i'm guessing a D-Notice has been placed on the media preventing them revealing that a meeting has taken place and the Royal Navy are supposedly involved. Has there been an accident with one of the nuke subs? have the SBS taken part in a secret operation somewhere? Was the COBRA meeting held in London or was it held in Cornwall where the PM is staying and not a million miles away from the Navy dockyard at Devonport? and why am i still sat here when it's lunchtime?

Good day, something new. Girlfriend phoned and told me C.O.B.R.A (British) has issued an Urgent Alert. Her supervisor also told her cobra agents will be visiting all senior embassies as from today. (I didn't ask her what type of alert. Will ask when I see her but she sounded worried about this)

-snip-

Hey Krispy... could Woodie's ref to 40, , harbour rate mean '40 nautical miles? and maybe the 2 commas with space means an approximation... like '40-something'... just a thought.

Many things are possible ;)

It is good to see the different options and to keep an open mind towards explenations.
Do not just follow mine or some one-else's findings ... who knows we are way off track ;)

Re: Something Just Went BEZERK in the Gulf of Mexico. The US Navy just sunk a French Submarine
The poster below from Costa Rica has given us several excellent videos of the ROVs.

In the vid at the link, she is asking to help identify the location of the ROV, based on the lat and long shown on the screen, which obviously is not in the Gulf. She has explained that this screen has been part of the BP display of ROVs in the GOM.

Looking up those coordinates shown on the screen of her video, the location is in Turkey near the coast of the Mediterranean Sea, indicating that the sonar on the ROV screen is land-based. This made no sense until someone mentioned Lake Baikal in Russia, a little North of the Mongolia border.

OP has mentioned that there are four theaters of interest related to the organism, but did not tell us where.

Is it possible, given new information that the theaters:

Lake Baikal, Russia
Turkey
Gulf of Mexico
Arctic Ocean, which Lake Baikal empties into.

If the organism is in the Arctic Ocean, it's possible that is where the microbes originated that are eating the steel piers of ports in England.

Did the Brits dig up the frozen floor of the Gulf of Mexico to disturb the organism so that England would not be left at disadvantage of dealing with the bug while the US remained (for now) bug-free?

According to an earlier posted article the bacteria responsable for the iron-decay in the britisch piers only just go to a shallow depth ...
not deep enough like the case in the GOM.
It is my opinion that the britisch iron-pier-bacteria is not the same as our AUrganisme and the presumed organism in Lake B or V ...
FWIW I dont even think the GOM-AUrganism is metal eating at all... but I can be wrong ;)

Good day, more and more vessels showing on DED as they come out of KremPP silence and twilight order.
Mistral is relaying from Russian Submarine that a new possible Splashzone is forming in deep canyon 23.12 and to avoid agitation of intelligent oil.

Could this YouTube video be related to what he is speaking of???

IS THE BLOB BEING ATTACKED ON ALL SIDES????
[link to www.youtube.com]

Live, please explain why you say the blob is "huge" so we can understand your comparison. Huge as compared to what?

What I meant is that the streaks

where to huge compare to the target to be smaller blobs trying to integrate into the big blob. So I gathered that the streaks where some sort of attack on the blob.

Hope that makes sense lol

In this video, the Rov position coordinates are in meters. You multiply the position number shown by 3.28.. and you have a Lamber number.
Video: E366623.39 N3179555.11
Multiplied by 3.28
Lamber: E1202523.00 N10428940.00
This Rov is 2677ft south and 280 west from Well A site
