There is a huge difference in the weight and shape from his gun and tazer. He knew full well what he was doing. On top of that, after the shooting he told his fellow cops he thought he was "reaching for a gun", hence, denying his own claim that he though he grabbed his tazer. He knew full friggin' well what he was doing.

See, I'm not for killing anyone.

However, I understand the frustration and the riot. The point is the people on here normally are trying to start revolutions -- and yet, when a real riot happens, based upon real issues, they say "how dare they." It's clear the people on here talk the talk but not really wanting real reaction to injustice.
