What did the zetas think of the meditation I did last night?

I found I was able to keep breath evenly flowing through both nostrils having meditated most of the night away

I saw the image/face behind my eyes again, and it was red. Sometimes my eyes are sensitive to light, sometimes not, but I get the images of things behind my eyes very easily (the burnt images on the retina)

I saw like I was on DXM for a while, the blackness seemed to be cluttered with static energy as you would see on a TV... though I could still see obviously it wasn´t blinding just noticeable

Is ego a part of both the left and right brain halves??? My guess is it is present when there is not a balance between the two

I felt that touch on my shoulder a few times last night, not sure what it is... but was very calm... it coulda been blockages but.. it felt like a patch layed on me for a little bit lol... with energy kind of... wasn´t scared this time cause I was balanced!

I tend to be very paranoid when I am breathing only out of my right nostril (left brain)... :(

Yet my blood pressure goes to heck when I am only breathing out of my left nostril (right brain)...

Anyhow... something amazing happened... I know now my cat is sensitive... I was in my room... and I had meditated till about 40 minutes before I had to get up...

I saw my cat sitting outside the door! I was like woah... he senses it (he´s never there unless I am in a deep meditation or something... and he cuddeled with me and I think may have got me to stop the meditation when it could have had hazardous results :o... then he came back in like 5 minutes later lol... It was really cool

I wrote down that at one point last night I almost felt like if I connected a bit more I would be gently swept away and reborn lol...

Anyhow...

So it was 4:40ish am and my dad and I headed to the gym... Because my breath was balanced and I had meditated all night... I ran for 75 minutes straight... I usually am only able to do 30 minute blocks or a very tough 60 minutes... I did 75 min straight and it was rather easy... I am amazed

Ofcourse, after this huge exertion... my skin turned very white again :P... as I maybe kinda pushed the connection... but I didn´t seem to be straining anything so I kept going... I got a few aches here and there in the 75 minutes but was able to stop them

So then afterwards I just sat down on a seat... with amazing concentration... I musta stared at a streetlight outside the window for 15+ minutes... totally in the moment but calm at the same time!

Then the amazing thing... I closed my eyes (tinted windows were about 25 feet in front of me and there was pretty bright lighting)...

I closed my eyes ST in BG... and in HUES OF RED... I saw the whole room clearly... I was amazed... but the BALANCE overided my EMOTIVE and LOGICAL drives so I stayed in control... and I just watched it for about 30 seconds at a time hehe...

Then I went in the other room and meditated more with mirrors all around me with my eyes closed... I got into a very deep meditation but started shaking so I stopped heh...

Anyhow... I focused on my heart chakra... (cause that´s what happens when your breath is balanced... that is a natural breathing foci it seems)... and so I did that and sent loving energy around... I got some weird looks perhaps... not too sure... but I remembered Operator told me to REMAIN NEUTRAL... so I did that all I could hehe..

I tried to send you thanks this way ST in BG, not sure if you got the msg... prayed for my friends and tried to send around heartful energy hehe...

Now, when I am at full energy... and I am able to balance both breaths... is that when my Kundalini will raise? Well, now that I know it is an insane red... and I know that it will be at an energy balance I think will be 10x what it was today lol... I kinda felt like it coulda raised last night a few times and I think my cat helped me prevent it... he LEAPED off my bed really fast to alert me... and I just kinda thought... yeah hehe... and he did so once again...

For about 8 hours I was doing a breathing technique from Robert Bruce (who heals with orgon energy I guess (blue light which he sees behind his eyes) where you breath in from your feet visualizing white light taking it up to your head and holding it there for a few seconds... then out the top... over the third eye... over the nose... in to the mouth and throat area... to the heart and then storing it in the naval region...

Operator speaks of taking energy from your head to your feet and ringing out the negative energy...

I was thinking why couldn´t you just alternate taking the different energies... positive from above your head... and negative below your feet... and then bringing them to your heart center???? Cause that is the neutral area...

Ofcourse... in this scenario... there is no Kundalini awakening... just balance... comments?

Now... SOME of you on this forum will think I am NUTTY... in that he thinks he is moving energy!... but it is moving your breath/focus (one at the same)... around your body!... when we were younger we were more balanced (in most cases)...

I am tellin you ST in BG... I felt that kid energy again... it was amazing... I would think of somethin really nice to say but breathing out of my right nostril only again...

It will probably be a good 3 months before I get close a very very balanced energy body...

Anyhow... something amazing happened... I know now my cat is sensitive... I was in my room... and I had meditated till about 40 minutes
before I had to get up...

I saw my cat sitting outside the door! I was like woah... he senses it (he´s never there unless I am in a deep meditation or something... and he cuddled with me and I think may have got me to stop the meditation when it
could have had hazardous results :o... then he came back in like 5 minutes later lol... It was really cool

I wrote down that at one point last night I almost felt like if I connected a bit more I would be gently swept away and reborn lol...

Anyhow...

So it was 4:40ish am and my dad and I headed to the gym... Because my breath was balanced and I had meditated all night... I ran for 75 minutes
straight... I usually am only able to do 30 minute blocks or a very tough 60 minutes... I did 75 min straight and it was rather easy... I am amazed

Of course, after this huge exertion... my skin turned very white again :P...

as I maybe kinda pushed the connection... but I didn´t seem to be straining anything so I kept going... I got a few aches here and there in
the 75 minutes but was able to stop them

So then afterwards I just sat down on a seat... with amazing concentration... I musta stared at a streetlight outside the window for 15+
minutes... totally in the moment but calm at the same time!

**Hmmm !!!

Then the amazing thing... I closed my eyes (tinted windows were about 25 feet in front of me and there was pretty bright lighting)...

I closed my eyes ST in BG... and in HUES OF RED... I saw the whole room clearly... I was amazed... but the BALANCE overided my EMOTIVE and LOGICAL drives so I stayed in control... and I just watched it for about 30 seconds at a time hehe..

**Wow !! ... Nice !!.

Then I went in the other room and meditated more with mirrors all around me with my eyes closed... I got into a very deep meditation but
started shaking so I stopped heh...

**Yes ... Best Not Overdo !!

Anyhow... I focused on my heart chakra... (cause that´s what happens when your breath is balanced... that is a natural breathing foci it
seems)... and so I did that and sent loving energy around... I got some weird looks perhaps... not too sure... but I remembered Operator told me to REMAIN NEUTRAL... so I did that all I could hehe..

Now, when I am at full energy... and I am able to balance both breaths... is that when my Kundalini will raise? Well, now that I know it is an insane red... and I know that it will be at an energy balance I think will be 10x what it was today lol... I kinda felt like it coulda raised last night a few times and I think my cat helped me prevent it... he LEAPED off
my bed really fast to alert me... and I just kinda thought... yeah hehe... and he did so once again...

For about 8 hours I was doing a breathing technique from Robert Bruce (who heals with orgon energy I guess (blue light which he sees behind his eyes) where you breath in from your feet visualizing white light taking it
up to your head and holding it there for a few seconds... then out the top... over the third eye... over the nose... in to the mouth and throat area... to the heart and then storing it in the naval region...

**Hmmm !!!

Operator speaks of taking energy from your head to your feet and ringing out the negative energy...

I was thinking why couldn´t you just alternate taking the different energies... positive from above your head... and negative below your feet... and then bringing them to your heart center???? Cause that is the neutral area...

Of course... in this scenario... there is no Kundalini awakening... just balance... comments?

Now... SOME of you on this forum will think I am NUTTY... in that he thinks he is moving energy!... but it is moving your breath/focus (one at the same)... around your body!... when we were younger we were more balanced (in most cases)...

I have a lot of muscle, but could lose maybe 20lbs of fat... I am getting a bicycle for my b-day...

I was wonderin if I should not try to advance this now and wait till I lose some weight or?... Hrmmm...

Ok everyone, I feel/know, in the utmost sense, of a dual perspective now, That I have acquired this...

Do you trust your feelings? hehehe... It´s an interesting question... chakras and all that are feelings... that prevent you from "growing up" which people say is a trap... but it provides a return to youthfulness

It´s an interesting thought... I was watched over while I was in this hardened pressured state of badness... (not meditation) and watched over when I did my meditation and tried...(meditation)...

Now I can happily say... that today atleast... I am back to my hardened consciousness... (not meditation but I am still meditating)... hoping to transmute my inside to a conscious golden person who can actually control himself :P... and I will continue this process I have discovered...

I feel the pressure in my head back on my crown chakra... I know I have a heightened ability to control now...

So the question is still out there... is there a middle road? Or truly two opposing Gods... but one with enough love to let us go... and see if we care? isn´t that interesting?...

Well... it definitely is if you are not built to handle it but we all have plans and so you are built to do it in your time I believe or that you already have and I am just here to prove myself... which is also all good... cause I´m gonna try paying attention to both my health for me and for everyone else :P...

I find if I breathe and really try to be a good person that I can do a lot now...

Heck... it is a numbing feeling... (holding the pressure...)... by choice... to myself!... for myself... but for all here... (the interesting thing also is that I was given this back after a prayer I did... I felt a touch on my shoulder... I went woah... and I sorta changed my perspective...) sure you get caught up in the service on earth... but that is you doing well for others... especially when that is your conscious choice and dominating choice.. :P

Well I just watched my brother´s dishes and I felt even better about it... I am happy... humility is nice... doing all I can... using my mind and my heart?... it is a nice feeling for now...

All that chakra business is behind me...

I now believe perhaps... that THE PATH... is maybe to connect with your higher self... but not to go too far and lose yourself... that you need a little pressure to alert you... and a little SUNLIGHT later/less pressure to grow...

But you can´t get caught up in your feelings...

And that is what I firmly believe...

That includes with pressure and without pressure :P

I had a problem with ego as a child... I was a kid... and it just developed... I believe as a result of my having been poisoned early on... but I also know that as a kid my mom said I used to be very extroverted and good... and this poison brought on sickness...

Now...

I believe... it was this introversion... however... the change it brought on... the poison that.. sort of... brought this change in myself... that allowed me to heal from that time... and realize this...

FOR BETTER OR WORSE OR ... A MIDDLE OUTCOME :P

Another interesting thing... If this is the Beast´s path... 666... THEN WHY... is it...

superficial people... VERY SUPERFICIAL PEOPLE... (BLIND)... are quick to act negatively!!!... and they are healthy!... and that some of the sickest people... HAVE THE GOOD INTENTIONS ATLEAST THAT INCORPORATE MORE THAN THEMSELVES!...

So negative superficials attracted to positive fighting peoples... hrmm... or perhaps they go after neutral people who are really fighting and confused? hehehe... I shall see on that one...

But I believe I was born intensely positive and was brought down in rungs for some reason... Well I guess I seem to be picking myself up now :P

Anyway... Even when we attract negatives... it´s interesting how there is always friends for us... heh...

And let me just say I am working toward being a better friend to myself and for everything...

(not sure if that electrical charge stuff is true... but it´s an interesting theory)... when times get rough... man... it sounds like it´s a bunch of negative people trying to stop a positive person from reaching a goal...

The change was allowed from being a kid and extroverted (of which I don´t remember being this way as a kid but my mom CLAIMS was)... to introverted and contemplative ... understanding all around me... to extroverted... now back to an introverted way with my physical but an expanded consciousness hrmm...

Perhaps it cannot be done... perhaps I will lose control holding this state...

Oh and Ezar... yes yes my friend... for most of my life when I was introverted and contemplative... I couldn´t look people in the eyes :P I would get lost in them... :P They have a way of keeping you from breathing ... watch that with yourself...

Don´t look at em and force your breath to keep up... just look at them... and smile... feel the love you intend to be... SIT STILL EZAR...

And breathe in for concentration... I am devoiding myself of feeling... either that or I just have a greater capacity to feel that is not earthly lol...

I then stopped... and felt shortly thereafter a touch... on my left shoulder...

Well shortly after this is where I am heh... rather interesting... I await comments lol
