Russia is boosting its research efforts to support its claims for parts of the Arctic continental shelf, the Kremlin's pointman for the Arctic said Monday.

Artur Chilingarov told reporters that he will head an expedition next month to launch a drifting research station in the Arctic to gather scientific data in support of Russia's claim on Arctic territories.

Russia, the U.S., Canada, Denmark and Norway have all been trying to assert jurisdiction over parts of the Arctic, which is believed to contain as much as a quarter of the Earth's undiscovered oil and gas.

Humanity as a whole has such limited vision. Great creativity, but unable to grasp the many because of the few.

Why are HAARP installations spread about the planet? Why would they need to be able to extend the coverage area about the whole planet?

Why would they promote a lie that HAARP systems were built as an offensive system against other nations. Seems like a strange misdirection to me, unless you were really preparing for something entirely different.

Missile shield? It can do that, but you would not worry about being able to cover the whole planet. Think outside the box. Consider chem trails. Correlate the weird; connect the dots.

All of America's adversaries know that if ever there was a good time to strike America, this is the time to do it.

Weakened military stretched too thin, with many weary, disinterested troops. Unpopular, incompetent government out of touch with the populace. Civil unrest at an all time high, due to strained racial relations and a devastated economy leaving millions out of work. And a general malaise among the population, concerned more with what to get at the fast food place and what new TV shows are on at the moment.

In other words, America is at a tipping point moreso than any time in the last 75 years.

I read about UVB76 being simply a repeater of SURA/other ionosphere research stations before, the unencrypted communications surrise me though, afaik nobody deciphered the few voice messages so far...

You can't analyze what they say, it's meaningless, you have to analyze the audio signal and extract the data contained inside it.
