What gets me is that there has been ZERO news about the missile flight path and final destination.

Our ability to see things in the air is beyond phenomenal! The Sea-Based X-band Radar platform (which roams around the pacific... I'm unsure of it's current position) is able to see and track at incredible distances.

I've read an article where a General was quoted as saying the X-Band system resolution is so sensitive that it can detect and track an object the size of a baseball over San Francisco from the other side of the Pacific.

Why, is this missile/whatever so elusive. Is the info just not being disclosed to the public?

The missile fired off of the California coast this week appeared on the same day that a Chinese sub surprised US officials when it appeared suddenly in a US carrier group back in 2007.

Back in 2007 a Chinese submarine surprised American military chiefs when it popped up close to the massive U.S.S. Kitty Hawk.

Things are really muddled these days.

Lots going on... the paradigms of 20 years ago don't work now.

I don't know what is going on, but I do know the Chinese didn't launch a missile off our coast without it being allowed to happen.

And I can't see any scenario where that would be the case... so it has to be one of ours.

If the Chinese have the capability to do this, they wouldn't have risked such an asset so provocatively.

Advanced submarines with very quiet ability are HUGE investments. They simply would have found a less risky way of demonstrating what they could do.

Ok, you and the rest of the planetards DO have a valid argument as contrails can be deceiving. BUT>>>This evening, the sky was the same orange hue, it basically looked like it did the night in question. the sky was littered with contrails, and some looked to be coming off the horizon with a squiggly contour, BUT none of them were straight up, nor as thick nor moving as fast as the one off the coast. I sat and looked at them for quite awhile, yes, a plane can make something that looks somewhat similar, but there was a distinct difference.

I am just now seeing that the helicopter pilot allegedly filmed the object for 10 minutes... doesn't that kind of rule out a missile? Would he have been able to film an object moving that fast for that long?

It rules out your run-of-the-mill SLBM. SLBM launches last only about 3 minutes. A shuttle launch lasts nearly 9 minutes. It would have to be something much larger and heavier like that, a full blown rocket like a delta, falcon, etc which would also imply it was farther away than thought. If headed NNW, maybe just maybe you could follow it approximately that long if you were flying in a helicopter. It should stop showing a trail of exhaust sooner than 10 minutes though, I would think. Something's not adding up with his account vs what I saw. If what I saw was true, it sure as hell wasn't eastbound. Could it be a giant coincidence and there's some unknown classified sat in a similar orbit to what I predicted? Sure. Is that likely? I don't think so. It still begs the question though, what the hell was it that I saw?

If the Chinese wanted to play this game they simply would have surfaced near some harbor and put some some Chinese flag on the sail of their boat and waited for some media to come by and take pictures... maybe even exchange some words and represent for China.

I guess it's "The Lie" thats so hard for me to accept... that our own people would set diabolical shit up and willingly f*ck the citizens of this country to further their twisted games.
