I'm sure, you have heard about Double Layers, in fact, your bringing up Debye length, seemingly anticipates arguments about electric fields in space (I know because I've read those arguments before). However, in my opinion, that's a red herring because, first; the presence of electric fields, even if limited in scope, have a dramatic impact on charged particle kinetic and vector reactions which extend beyond the electric field, second; given that electromagnetism's physical properties are well established by plasma laboratory experiments as being scale-independent, assertions about Debye length being scale-dependent, ring hollow. What is determinant is the energy level, density of charged particles. and total number of charged particles present, larger-scale, energy intensive plasma interactions will have larger Debye length possibility.

In my experience, the "Debye length" dismissal is simply an excuse not to "grasp the nettle" of the electromagnetic position in discussions of how astrophysical plasmas behave and interact.

In brief, the formation of Double Layers do not depend on pre-existing charge seperation, rather, Double Layers form where bodies of plasma collide and, in turn, cause charge separation, and, thus, segregated currents of electrons and ions.

Double Layers are the cause of charge separation, their formation does not depend on a pre-existing state of charge separation, but, rather, on the collision of plasma bodies with different physical properties -- charge separation can be present, but is not a necessary prerequisite, for the formation of Double Layers in astrophysical plasma.

In regards to quasi-neutral plasma, it is important to remember, while the plasma has equal numbers of electrons & ions, it is still an ionized or an electrified body. Coulomb force is present among the free electrons & ions in a body of plasma.

Coulomb's law or Coulomb's inverse-square law is a law of physics describing the electrostatic interaction between electrically charged particles. [link to en.wikipedia.org]

Coulomb force is present in all plasmas -- or, in fact, it wouldn't be a plasma, but instead a body of neutral gas.

Given the above statement, one needs to be conscious of the physics of how a Double Layer forms in bodies of plasma:

Anthony L. Peratt provides a two-step statement of how Double Layers form in astrophysical plasma:

“An electromotive force [mathematical equation] giving rise to electrical currents in conducting media is produced wherever a relative perpendicular motion of plasma and magnetic fields exists.” — Dr. Anthony L. Peratt, Los Alamos National Laboratory, retired

In other words, colliding bodies of plasma, yes, colliding quasi-neutral bodies of plasma, cause Double Layer boundary sheaths to form, which, then, in turn, causes the separation and acceleration of charged particles, which are segregated into bodies of electrons & ions, thus, segregated electric currents. These segregated electric currents are often called field-aligned beams of ions and electrons accelerated in opposite directions. It's the electric field formed by the Double Layer that accelerates the beams of ions and electrons.

Anthony L. Peratt understands the physical dynamics of space plasmas and how Double Layers form in astrophysical plasmas.

Note, in Dr. Peratt's two conjoined statements there is no limit or reference to scale dependence, which is fit, as stated above, plasma laboratory experiments have repeatedly validated the scale-independence of the electromagnetic force.

This ancestor is very strong...stronger than any other woman I have ever known or even encountered. Her ways are hard for me...although I have not ever seen her in an offensive way, nor is she ever disrespectful. Just strong, not like physical but more internal, and her ways are much different and I have to really examine them for they are so much younger than ours.

There are days I just want to quit, not be in this, but I am and I have to do the best I can. Today was one of those days...I was done! But again, something always happens that gives me a little more to keep going. That was in a small span of a few minutes and I finally acted hoping and praying what I understood to be is right...this push has been going on for a while now, and I had only done part of what the push was...today I did the rest, and I hope thats the end of it.

I am thinking it may have been something different. It was the environment that he submerged himself in while doing his studies that connected him! That produced his flashes of imagery and intuition!

Think...if E/M is the secret, then he was connecting to source without realizing it. What if the solutions Tesla was presenting were not only solving our energy problems, but causing a connection to source?

Toad had me contemplate that I may be a reincarnation of Tesla. He said this about 6 months ago. It came across his mind, because of the similarity of the ways we 'viewed' problem solving. If you read the paper, this guy Dejan Raković, presents the way Tesla 'thought'. I think in a very similar way. This paper linked Toad's thoughts of Tesla and I together...same way as Walter Russell as well, on a side note. In my mind, there needs to be no connection between Tesla and I, except for interest sake. Whether it is, or is not, makes not a lick of difference. What the important part was is the correlation of thought processes.

What if TPTB, or whoever they were, had a two-fold reason for not letting Tesla's work get out.

what should have occurred was as human awareness discovered the electrical nature of our universe and the proof of the creative field called aether , "prophets" as always appear whom were inspired to "see" the path.

this of course synchronized with our solar system coming into near contact with the dense plasma cloud we are now within called "fluffy"

this synchronicity would have enabled human kind ample time (170 yrs) to adjust their personalities/souls (charge/field/spin) to match the altering environment the plasma cloud inevitably creates of which one effect is increase of the charged capacity of the creative field, heightening our sense and firing imaginations

Abzu and Tiamat both sort of stand in as the heavier subjects of Sumerian magick, since they are creator deities unlike most we have ever known, except we obviously see a modernized Abzu in the Book of Genesis/Bereshith. One important point about Tiamat is she is a strictly business sort of character. There are no shrines or visible signs of worship, at least in the anthropological record. She only becomes religiously prominent due to Marduk really.

There are two versions of Tiamat's story, one is the Babylonian - the new god Marduk tears her apart and from her run the Tigris and Euphrates - her tears. In the earlier Sumerian mythos it is more similar to Genesis:

Abzu and Tiamat mingle their waters and Tiamat would be untouchable as a chaos monster - they could not die, this was the theology.
