From the standpoint of the universal law, the Christian's psychology is in effect tricking one into believing they have no karma to work out, because Jesus took all the karma onto himself. The strength of ones belief might very well work in keeping the spirit and soul intact upon the second death...because that's what the white light is, the second death, spirit goes back to work, the soul waits or is put to sleep. |

There is body, spirit, and soul. The ka and the ba, in order to remember, you have to keep the soul and spirit intact. your soul is basically your "i" - it who you think you are. The spirit is the life force that will be reused. The resurection is when your spirit is done, and all the souls the spirit connect to along the way have to do a meet and greet, hopefully they get along, lest they kill each other.
