IA. Analysis of Solar Active Regions and Activity from 12/2100Z
to 13/2100Z: Solar activity was low during the period. Two C1 X-ray
flares were observed at 13/0419Z and 13/1801Z from Region 1296
(N23E59) and Region 1283 (N14, L=227) which rotated off the NW limb.

IB. Solar Activity Forecast: Solar activity is expected to be low
with a chance for isolated M-class flares for the period (14- 16
September).


IIA. Geophysical Activity Summary 12/2100Z to 13/2100Z:
The geomagnetic field was at quiet to unsettled levels, with isolated
minor to major levels between 13/0300 - 0900Z. The greater than 2
MeV electron flux at geosynchronous orbit reached high levels during
the period.

IIB. Geophysical Activity Forecast: The geomagnetic field is
expected to be at predominantly quiet levels for the period (14 - 16
September).

I'm so frustrated with STEREO and SOHO not updating normally. Seems every time there's something happening on or near the sun the satellite images go dark for hours. SOHO should update every 12-15 mins. and STEREO 3 or 4 times an hour. I was hoping to observe the sun-diving comet, but SOHO hasn't updated for over two hours. And STEREO-A hasn't updated an image for over 10 hours.
It's almost like NASA wants to live up to their conspiratorial GLP reputation. LOL-maybe they're afraid some YouTuber will steal their thunder and release a video before the morning news cycle, haha. I was noticing that it was almost flat-lining above C.
UPDATE: HUGE CME ! STEREO A just updated tho its still missing data. This may be EARTH-directed. That would explain why SOHO has been retarded. Check this out.

This could be that "greeting" to comet sun-grazer I was talkin' about.

Just off phone with Nin about an hour ago... she's on some pretty serious pain meds, so poor baby is kind of out of it.
The doctor told her that the part of the 'hamburger' that was once her right hamstring (where they took the horrendous chunk of glass from) had an even bigger (3-4 inch amount) removed during surgery. Somehow, the glass went between 2 muscles and though it didn't completely sever the sciatic nerve, it made a mush of her muscles. They fear that this will never heal as it should... but I told her that miracles happen.

I believe that perhaps a sports medicine place or maybe University of Michigan medical center might be even better for her than Hurley? She is close enough to Ann Arbor that it is do-able. Right now, she's concerned with her bp, etc.

So, reiki folks, prayer warriors, christians, lightworkers, everyone-- it's her RIGHT hamstring-- do your magic!

Please get her to Mayo Clinic. They will do twice the job of anyone in Michigan...no offense to Michigan...they know its true...Mayo is where doctors and nurses go when they have a complicated medical issue....

Glad to hear that she is in good spirits......Also my prayers go out to her for a fast recovery. I don't know Nin personally but from reading her post I can see she is a strong woman. I am sure she will over come this obsticle in the road. I really wish her the best...and Nin girl you will recover have faith in yourself. In the meantime I will have you in my prayers everyday.

Bless you for keeping us all updated. NIN is a good soul and much-loved around here we'll be prayin', chantin', or whatever it takes 'til she's well. I'm no doctor but I know good spirits is a great advantage to healing the flesh. It will take time, but I see a beneficent outcome. Meanwhile, we'll have NIN on GLP even more than ever while she's recuperating.

WOW that CME better not be a head-on collision with Earth.

There was a large CME off the Western limb from old Region 1283 that continues to be very activem, pictured here on SDO top right 2:00 position. This CME followed a C2.7 flare from the region beginning at 12:03 UT on 09/13/2011. This CME is not earth directed.

Had this region still been on the Earth side of the solar disk GOES would have registerd this flare at a significantly higher value.


There was at least one CME following the C 2.9 LDE flare from Region 1295 that began at 23:31 UT on 9/13/2011.
Updates are slow to come in from the Stereo Sats at this time.
Stereo B is currently 12 hrs behind, so this data is still unavailable.

Stereo A is now updating leaving a 10 hr gap in data....

After looking at SDO and Solarsoft it looks like both Regions 1295 and 1289 were active during this LDE. If this CME is from Region 1289 it will most likely be geoeffective. An update from Stereo B will be very helpful in this determination.

wow, where to start... ive just read about Nin and the accident and am just shaken to the core.. though I know she will be fine because the power of thought and healing energies is real and does work..

So a couple of things that i hope helps..

1) if sending an ecard to the hospital, she is under the surname Wilson not Mohar..

2) just checked her FB page and jess put a new link up for the paypal donations.. checked it and it worked.. will be donating tomorrow which is pay day.

3) someone asked how we send healing energy to Nin so I thought i would post some info for those who have not done so before.. the technique itself is not as important as the intent and the belief that you have while doing it.. that is what heals .. so hope this helps those who want to send her energy..

Basically remote healing uses the visualisation of seeing the injury already Healed.. this is very important.. if you cant visualise then use the 'sending light' techniques and her body will use it as it needs.. but if you are a good visualiser you can work miracles by first sending the light/love then visualising Nin walking around normally, in no pain, working, running, laughing, playing.. this sends a message on the cellular level to her body to begin to repair the damage .. and it is possible.. totally..

Ok here are some techniques..

a) the source of this technique are two beautiful souls who i have been reading and learning from for many years..

Light is a powerful source of healing.
If there is any place of discomfort in your body,
send it light.

You can call upon light to heal your body. Take a moment to get quiet and tune into your body. Is there any place of discomfort? Focus on that place, and get a clear image of the pain. How large or deep is it? Now think of light, and call it to you. Put light around the area of discomfort. As you do, ask that part of your body if there is anything else you can do that would assist it in letting go of this pain or discomfort.

The more radiant you become, the more you will be able to assist others in their growth simply by your increased light. You can also assist them by sending light to them. As you do this, you increase your own radiance even more.

To heal others with light start by drawing in as much light as you can imagine and putting it all around you. Then imagine yourself as clear as a crystal, so that you are a pure transmitter of light. Send the other person an image of light. Imagine light going out from your hands, your heart, or the top of your head as if you are sending a stream of light from you to him or her. That is all that is necessary; your Higher Self will handle all the details. You need only to have the intent to send healing energy as you transmit light and you will.

A friend of Sanaya's called from a hospital to say that another friend had been in an accident and was critically injured. She wanted our assistance for the friend. I (Orin) instructed Sanaya to call light to herself, surround and charge herself with light, and when she felt full of light to send it in one strong burst to the woman in the hospital. Several other people were with Sanaya, and they were asked to do the same thing. The friend in the hospital would be able to use this light for whatever purpose served her higher good: either to get well or to die peacefully and go to the light. Everyone got quiet and sent a burst of light. The friend called back ten minutes later to report that almost immediately the woman's vital signs had changed for the better, and she was no longer hanging between life and death.

If anyone you know is in pain - emotional, mental, or physical - you can assist by sending light every time you think of him or her. Thoughts of others often come into your mind because at a deep level they are asking for your love and light.

The light you send to others will come back to you multiplied.


b) This one is a little more religiously based but works just the same:

The power of prayer works wonders, especially when it is said from the heart with love. But there is another way, one in which comes from your inner power, which is infinite within you.

When you are wishing to send healing energy to a sick person, whom is suffering from a physical disease, an emotional trauma, depression or other, as helpful curative measures, whether you are in the immediate presence of that person or you are using remote healing methods stemming from your greatest potential, you begin by sitting comfortably, in a sacred space where you will be undisturbed for 15 minutes or so.

You may make this space your sacred space by saying so, and by clearing it before you begin with burning some sage. Learn more about creating a sacred space.

When you are ready, you will know this because you feel peaceful, breathe in deeply. You may or may not close your eyes, whatever you feel comfortable with. Trust in your heart an tap into your inner joy, as this promotes healing for all involved, you and them. Then ask then for this healing energy to be sent to the name of that person, for their highest good, and for the highest good of all, and that it is in alignment with God’s will for their higher self. Also remember there are numerous angels whom are prepared to assist you as well as the person who needs healing assistance.


When you feel relaxed, imagine that person you would like to send healing energy to, but do not imagine them sick (even though they are), imagine that they are happy and healthy and filled with inner joy. Imagine they are full of positive energy and have a healthy heart feeling.

Once you hold that vision, imagine healing energy flowing down from the infinite above you, and flowing up from the infinite below you, and then flowing through you and into that person. Hold that for as long as you wish, for it does not matter how long you meditate, the healing energy has been sent.

Close by thanking God, the healing energy, and yourself. You may say “And so it is” to close also. And that’s it! You’ve done it, fully knowing that you are sending love and as a result you will receive it as well; love is the absolute healing energy.


c) Remote Healing Treatments by Intention & with crystals
Whether your primary mode is Energy work such as Reiki, or Crystals or some other method
there are many ways to facilitate remote treatments.

This will bring together some information that is in several separate files already with a little additional information about remote or distant healing. This will probably just be a quick file that might be expanded later rather than being comprehensive.
Distance treatments
There is a common tendency to think of distance healing work as requiring great effort as though you have to personally throw the energy across the distance. In fact it requires no more effort to send healing energies across the ocean than it requires to send it through your hands as you touch someone, or as you put crystals on them or do other work.


Just as in direct treatment you activate energy or use crystals and allow the healing effect to flow to where it is needed . Distance does not interfere with reception. A recipient must be willing to accept the treatment or the energy will
not effect them.

Most remote work is directed by intention. Simply intend to send healing to the person where ever they are and send the treatment. There are several ways to make this more effective. It is quite normal to be uncertain at first that this is working after a while you usually develop a sense of connection and know when you are doing an effective treatment whatever method you are using.


Start from being grounded and centered and connect with source or activate a shakti or do a crystal layout with focused intention however you do it for an in person treatment.


The crystal empowerment attunements include a remote function which will work with any energy healing system and with crystals which is activated by intending to do so with a mental command. There are different ways to work with crystals and directly with energy as shakti and by invoking or calling on spiritual assistance such as deva or angelic healers.

Some people find that their work is more effective or easier if they begin with a few deep breaths traditionally in some systems women visualize drawing energy up from the earth and men visualize drawing energy down from the sky (its a yin yang type thing).


Here are some basic remote methods.

1. You can use a photo or drawing as a focus. You can send energy or place a healing crystal or crystals on the photo or drawing if the drawing is large enough you can actually place your stone layout on the drawing with the
intention for who and where you are sending. a meridian chart or a reflexology chart can be used as a proxy image.

2. You can lay out a chakra set of crystals intend they represent the person to be treated and use a pendulum or crystal wand or your hands to scan the chakra and aura and to send energy through the chakra crystals to the person.

3. Use a teddy bear or doll as a proxy or put a pillow on your lap to represent the recipient. You can put your stones on this proxy or not as you choose.

4. Intend it. Know that the healing will reach your intended recipient automatically.

5. Write the person's name on a piece of paper and hold that piece of paper with the name on it between your hands and send healing that way. Set a programed crystal on the name or put the name in a box with your charged healing crystals.

You can visualize the person as though they are right in front of you and just do a treatment. or imagine that you are in the same place together.


Another technique is to substitute your body for theirs doing the treatment on your own body and intending that the energies run to them in those places. You can also do a "spot" treatment on an organ or other body part just visualize the part and go for it.

Some healing systems use symbols And many people do find it easier to work with a symbol particularly people who are visually oriented. Here is a link to a symbol I often use for remote work there is no required order to draw or visualize the elements of this symbol. remote symbol.html it does not have a name other than representing the concept of "as
Above so Below" and is used in several energy work and metaphysical systems. You might call it a generic distant healing symbol. just imagine or intend or mentally draw this symbol in the air or on your hands or above your crystals and /or above the person you are treating.

Any attunement you might need to activate it can be called in by intention.

Sending remote healing with a shakti With the crystal empowerment shakti you just run the energies you choose
with the remote function to the person place or group you are treating. When you are sending energy you can use your hand as a proxy either designating your thumb as the proxy and wrapping your fingers around it to send , or hold your left hand as the proxy with your right hand sending ( can reverse this if it seems right to you). The remote function will work with shakti from other systems

d) Today, I wanted to talk to you about how you can benefit while also helping someone else to heal, and ensure you are only sending truly healing energies!

Whenever you want to send healing or love to someone who is far away I have some simple suggestions you can use to maximally benefit the person you wish to help:

1. You should feel what you want the other person to feel when they receive your healing energies, and this means you are healing yourself in the process of helping the other person.

2. Since you must feel what you want the other person to receive from you, it is a good idea to send healing energies that have universal and long-term usefulness. Send healing energies using “solution consciousness,” meaning you are providing help and solutions rather than focusing on anything else. If someone is having relationship difficulties the solution is to send them emotionally healing and balancing energies rather than concentrating on the person(s) they are in conflict with. This then benefits you too!

3. Always communicate with the person’s Higher Self, to ensure you are sending only energies that the person will truly benefit from! Imagine the person you want to help being in a state of Perfection, and send healing to this Perfect part of them, their God Self, their Goddess Self.

If you follow these simple suggestions, you will always be benefiting your loved ones, you will always enjoy doing the healing on them, as you benefit also, and you will also be tuning into your own Higher Self in the process of tuning into their True Nature.

This means that sending healing to others becomes a mutually beneficial experience!

That is a very important concept in healing work!

The result of doing healing the way I am describing is that you always benefit in the process of helping someone else, and this optimizes your evolution while you are helping another.

Just off phone with NIN this morning-

She had a rough night with the pain and the meds. She talks to more specialists this morning. They're giving her shots so that she doesn't develop blood clots. She's not mobile, by any means, she said. They've got her on some serious pain management, as can be expected. Poor thing, it's like a shark took a bite out of her leg.

Enchanted. So awesome of you to post these techniques.

Something to consider...the purer the intention of the person sending healing light to another, the higher the source of light received by the person it is directed to. NiN is getting bombarded with the highest form of light for physical healing because everyone here has so much concern, love and respect for her.

Think about this. NiN has this accident and it is brought to the attention of so many people who can support her in the way you are. It certainly is mind boggling to think about the effects in the end. I know it sounds biblical, yet it is so true...where two or more are gathered - you all know the rest. It's my understanding that when two people send healing energy the amount is squared. This is exponential, so imagine the healing light she is receiving at this time. NiN was already a strong person...imagine what she will be like when she overcomes this accident.

Makes me feel she is a soul who shows others the way.
