Solar cycle 25 will begin with a reversed polarity Sunspot Region after a dormant spotless Sun that will be in the Northern Hemisphere. Solar Cycle 25 Sunspot Regions will be reversed from 24s. -to + in the Northern Hemisphere and + to - in the Southern. amazing that the Sun reverses polarity every cycle, isn't it? what if it reversed our weakened one this time as well? I have a serious vitamin D deficiency (and so do many others who are just unaware of it), and getting out in the sun has been one of the best things for me! It helps with all kinds of nutrient absorption. If I am out for a long time and know I might get burnt, I'll use some all natural sunscreen it keep the crisping to a minimum! |

I take 5000 daily during the winter, and 3000 during the Summer. Vitamin D is a precurser hormone too guys and kicks your testosterone up! upp (wink, wink)! big time! I have a serious vitamin D deficiency (and so do many others who are just unaware of it), and getting out in the sun has been one of the best things for me! It helps with all kinds of nutrient absorption. If I am out for a long time and know I might get burnt, I'll use some all natural sunscreen it keep the crisping to a minimum!
