It´s said the diesel generators (which are right next to th sea... smart.) were drowned in water.
Interestingly nothing else was damaged then until the reactors exploded.

isn't that vegetation on an elevated area ie 50 or so feet above sea level ?

The damage to the reactors was caused I think from the poor low level posistioning of the generators that packed in - allowing the reactors to over heat when water could not be pumped to cool them.

Look where those pumps are situated ! - they should have been on much higher ground

Then where is the damage in the photos .. did you even look before you posted.. be an adult and actually look at the evidence before you comment..

No trees knocked down.. no damage other than some debris at the front of the plant on the ocean.. nothing behind the first line of buildings.. no debris on the roads.. no debris in the gardens.. Cars parked neatly in their places.. no freaking way

I am not saying the tsunami didnt hit further up.. Im not saying that it didnt hit at all..

My theory is simply there is something not right.. now it could be it hit worse.. and that is why we are not getting any new wide view arial shots of it.. most of them have been close in of the reactors.. and how do we know they are the fukushima reactors..what if they are another plant that is damaged... what if the fukushima one was obliterated...

Yes, of course I did look. I followed the situation from the first hours of the earthquake and I saw the first photos coming out, before the situation degraded. There were satellite images the day after the earthquake.

what are you looking at?.. In the first link there.. the bing one.. it is of the fukushima (apparently) plant.. those trees are only a few meters behind the plant.. on the same level.. they are not miles away .. i dont know what your looking at but its not the pic on that link.. if i know how to put a pic in the message i would draw arrows and show you..

the second link is to an abc article which has a heap of before and after, scroll over photos.. the one above the plant is miles away yes.. my point was to show you what happened to the trees when the tsunami hit further up the coast.. why then if the same tsunami hit the plant, were the trees not knocked over like further up the coast???

As you can see, there's a lot of broken tubing. The Diesel generators were flooded.

But to see the real extent of the effects of the tsunami, you must compare before and after satellite photos of the plant. Some smaller buildings just disappeared.

Sorry to say it, a tsunami indeed hit Fukushima. Accept it that you were wrong, i can do it aswell.

What is the motive? If no wave hit, and there is no real tsunami damage, but the plants did melt. Why wouldn't they just say it was because of the earthquake? Isn't that a whole lot less dificult then trying to doctor all videos and images and keep people from talking?

I do not see the motive for making this a tsunami hit while it is something else.

Japan is also not a big enemy of someone who could destroy their plants with a virus or something.

If you notice, I said earlier.. no damage beyond the first row of buildings.. so yeah water got in... but come on.. you dont think they would of built it to withstand a tsunami of only a few feet high.. because that water didnt make it beyond that row of first big white buildings.. and you can see that in the very begining of the video

VEGETATION AND TREES are simple to debunk
you have to look to both pictures and you will see that FUKU1 is at sea level , but after the buildings finishes there is slope terrain look for road to see what i am talking , if you look there is like piramide -slope hill and ON that hill are trees not down none

Obviously the plant was not designed (in the 60s) with a tsunami in mind, the emergency generators directly at the coastline show this clearly.
