The difference is that we can prove that wind exists, as it is just the movement of air. We can weigh air, we can take a temperature, we can even discern the composition of air. Basically, we can prove that air, and by extention, wind exists with evidence.

Can you prove that nibiru exists, through evidence?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1343060

ifyou open your third eye and start filtering information - you will can proove it too..

I said it before I WONT PROOVE NIBIRU - cuz that will be fear implanting - kinda GLP panic and then all over..

Im just pointing that MOST of you - even here - you are trusting on your SIMPLE-to-be-MANIPULATED-FIVE SENSES .. that's all

So, the detection of nibiru takes MAGIC.

Ok. Debate over. If you are trying to put forth a claim and your support for that claim is FUCKING MAGIC, you lose.

And the reason you wont prove nibiru is because you cant, not because you wont. Besides, your weak ass explanation of "GLP panic" is so far from unfounded that its just laughable.

Im done with you. You have shown yourself to be completely irrational when it comes to this subject, and I am no longer going to debate what I have discovered to be a lunatic.

Until you "decide" to actually produce the evidence, there is no more point. You simply lose. end of discussion.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1343060

while I'm not going to argue the intelligence or anything of the poster your quoted, I would like to take to time to point out that what you consider "magic" is far from it.

are there not waves that we can not see and hear with our own sense but we can record with other devices? is this magic?
there is plenty in the non-visible light spectrum going on around us at all times, yet we don't know because we can't see it.
I can toot on a dog whistle and drive him crazy, yet you wouldn't hear anything.
 Quoting: John Everytard

So, nibiru, even though it is a brown dwarf or a planet, now follows different physics than all the other brown dwarves or planets that we have observed? It ONLY emits in undetectable electromagnetic waves, and DOESNT interact gravitationally?

Also, again, just because we cannot naturally sense something doesnt mean we cant detect it. We have telescopes in orbit that are able to detect nearly the entire electromagnetic spectrum, as well as a whole host of detectors here on earth that can detect cosmic rays, neutrinos, and a lot of other types of particle radiation. Are you actually saying that, even with all that ability to detect things in space that we cant even detect a simple brown dwarf in our solar system?

heh - if you see it

you will have about 20 minutes.... ;//

but you fanatics still waiting ONline.. hahahahaha sad ;/

You got that right...It's a well know fact..when you see it with the naked eye...it will be to damn late>>>ADIOS!!!

You can set back and 'talk the talk' or get prepared!

Read the story about the "Grasshopper and the Ant"

The Ants are getting in shape, buying weapons to protect their families from the 'high and drunk' roving gangs.. that you don't see in the phony movie"Day After Tomorrow!"
They are buying 7,000W gas generators and solar power..and storing gasoline.
The Ants are storing MRE's and learning how to purified water.
And the 'fat' ole Grasshopper, setting behind pc will soon be a sitting dead duck...after his love one's have been, robbed, rapped, sodomized and murdered by roving gangs!

You can take that to the bank...because you know what kind of criminal's that the liberal's,their, judges and ACLU have allowed to run lose and stay in this this country..You Obama-tards might even dislike these liberal's after this....If your alive!

Remeber a "Liberal!"

but its magic, dont you know? and you will only see it 20 minutes before it hits us.

Nevermind the fact that something the size of jupiter would leave a rather conspicuous hole in the night sky where we would expect to see all kinds of stars and other planets, EVEN IF we couldnt see the magical nonreflecting giant body that was careening toward us.

Considering they cant even give me orbital period, i doubt i will get mean anomaly.

I HAVE been asking for these parameters for nibiru for going on 7 years now, and havent gotten a single answer yet.

But its real! and people can see it! even though its too dark to see! and its going to hit us! but it doesnt have gravitational effects, even though its the mass of several jupiters!

Brown dwarfs are not seen in the visible spectrum.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1380013

Please explain why the brown dwarf 2MASS J16452211-1319516 is visible on a regular visible red light sensitive film plate on the palomar sky survey, not just the infrared sensitive plate?

It's the star near the center of the image here on the infrared plate:
[link to archive.stsci.edu]
And here's the same brown dwarf in visible red light:
[link to archive.stsci.edu]
It's much dimmer relative to the other stars in visible light, but it's still detectable, and that's from 39 light years away using just a regular red sensitive film plate! Yes, you do need a sizeable telescope and very sensitive imager to detect a brown dwarf that far away, but Nibiru's not supposed to be nearly that far away.

A brown dwarf star in our solar system would also reflect sunlight just fine. It reflect as much light as Uranus at worst, Jupiter at best ( [link to arxiv.org] ) making it an easy naked-eye object if one were anywhere near here.
Roughly 80% of solar systems are binary.
 Quoting: AC

Another myth to bust. Most solar systems in our galaxy are single.
[link to www.cfa.harvard.edu]
In fact, only about 9% of stars in the stellar neighborhood have widely separated binaries (semi-major axis >200 AU), as "Nibiru" would be.
[link to articles.adsabs.harvard.edu]
The morons who jump on these threads to piss on facts are going to be in for one hell of a surprise in late August.
 Quoting: AC

Your "facts" are false, and when there's still no "brown dwarf" to be seen in August I'm betting you're not going to man up to your prediction and admit you were wrong.
Good riddance actually, these are the sheep that will be looking for food and shelter because they were too busy telling everyone that they were crazy, and no such thing as binary stars....idiots.
 Quoting: AC

I dare you to show me any debunker who said "there's no such thing as binary stars." I have never seen anyone say that, maybe I missed it. Show me because I would love to debunk that false claim.
 Quoting: Astromut

Dude,

Why are you still wasting your time on these Niburu yellers?
If its real we will see it soon enough.
If not they will crawl back under their rocks.

I just keep an open mind so if it really comes it wont be a shocker.
And if it doesn't .....
