Why do I keep seeing orbs and flashes of light in my peripheral vision ?

Cool, I will keep this thread alive to post about orbs and the like, pop in any time with your gifts of knowledge.

Sometimes I get a little freaked out but that is me not them, I would love to be able to communicate with them whatever they are but this has been going on for a while now and it is 4.02 am here, i have to get up soon and cant sleep because of the goosebumps and just a feeling when they are around, it is like my body wont relax it is all excited.

I went through the same thing.Do not try and make contact as it will be very harmful to you.Please I went through the wost thing in my life.I saw the lights and got the feeling too.Do not think about them or they will try and contact you.It will get so bad you will have to call someo0ne to get them off of you or worst out of you. I am not telling you a story.It happened to me and I suffered greatly.Hope you listen

I've been getting flashes/orbs/related weirdness recently.

Number synchronicity thing seems quite active also.

Go to the doctor tomorrow. I'm serious. Do it.

Either lack of oxygen, stuff is floating around in your eye (I see orbs because of junk floating in my eyes), or you are having an acid flashback (seriously - a few of my friends have flashbacks they say look like orbs), or it is simply the 4th of July and you are seeing fireworks.

I saw these with my own eyes they are not flares artifacts or reflections.

They gave you a wink. They wink at me a lot these days. It is a flash of light. It is a point on the wall most of the time but on other days it can be a streak on the ceilling and once in a blue moon it is a big white dot on my left. They do not seem to addhear to the natural laws of our world. Do not call yourself mad just yet because I see them too.

I have also experienced this for 1-2 years now. Every night. And I have strange "visions" when I close my eyes. Orbs and flashes. And I have also checked myself. Nothing wrong.

I been seeing them loads even right now, but it is just out of the corner of my eye and I get goosebumps all over.

It used to scare me, now I am more annoyed if anything. If it is something trying to contact me why does it not just come straight out and do it?

I started meditating about a year ago had strange out of body experiences involving other beings/entities/whatever they are and being weighed and shit then kneeling in front of an old man and saying to him " I have done as you asked now may I return" to which he simply replied "Not yet", then I was sent back to my body, I made a thread last year about that here is the link. Thread: Something strange happened to me during meditation and I would like some advice from fellow glp'ers.

I have not been able to meditate in as deep a trance as I used to before these experiences but do see these orbs nearly everyday and I get goose bumps all over me when ever it is happening.

I feel like I am going a bit mad why is it that they are here now and last night and the night before why am I the one who is seeing this shit?

It is almost like my front room is like a swimming pool with all these things zipping about but when I try to focus on them they move i have to just stare and let it get a little out of focus like when you stop yourself from blinking.

Anyone out there know how I can either contact these things to ask what they want (have tried meditating again) or if not how to stop them bugging me when I am trying to go to sleep?

Through meditation you have obviously opened your third eye... I have done this too - do you notice that in the morning when you yawn you can hold the yawn for a long time and even while you yawn you notice a certain beating in your brain like a "D-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d" I have noticed that holding this and making this happens makes you pick up even more on the orbs and the movement of energy shapes and objects floating around... Not generally pleasant and as you said more annoying... What I don't like are the energy beings that pounce onto your energy bodies and make you jump or spasm... It's so weird - I notice that I am more susceptible to this after a long night of drinking and lowering my immune system....
