Exactly, what happens with all the people on governmental help and no job, they get a free ride? Or do they get entitlement refusal until they get in compliance?

Anybody on here bragging about how they have health insurance and anybody that doesn't is an irresponsible fool is obviously a schmuck who works for the government or a corporation of some kind.

And now covertly through mandated insurance are sceaming to have the appearance of solving their lack of fiscal responsability.

It just seems like they are grasping at straws. I had two parents who died from cancer from smoking cigarettes. They both had medicare and when it came down to brass tacs were refused more treatment and instead given morphine. Yeah government healthcare is awesome. NOT!

At any rate, the fool ranting about how this is similar to having to buy insurance with a mortgage or car needs to smack their head a few times to hopefully improve their thinking process. Car insurance is to protect other drivers on the road, in case you crash into their car. Mortgage insurance is to protect the house that the bank owns until you pay the mortgage.

Nobody owns me, and whether or not I buy health insurance doesn't affect anybody except myself.

I have pre-existing conditions, and til now have not been able to buy health insurance other than forming a business, hiring two or three people, and putting myself on payroll as the owner. Then, legally, I can force the small business consortiums to sell me coverage for the entire group. The cost? About $5600 per month (2800 for me and my partner) and the balance for the younger employees coverage. Thank heaven I can afford this idiotic scheme and the employee's are my own non-working kids or nieces and nephews. But how many people could afford this kind of coverage at that price.

No, Mr. Congressman and Courts - I will GLADLY BUY COVERAGE if you make it available and affordable. In fact I'd be fucking delighted to do so!

Exactly! And one need look no further as to how this healthcare thing will go for us. Just look at all the currently run bankrupt help programs, including the whole fricken economy!

The biggest suggestion from our government on the problem is to raise the debt sealing!

The ONLY court that matters in this Obamacare situation is THE SUPREME COURT.

...and that is EXACTLY where the ObamaCare case is headed....and it will lose.

I have serious issue though with someone irresponsible telling me the way in which I should go. Especially when i dont need their input or help.

Hey, if you're too poor to buy it they provide it to you, same as medical/medicaid/blue cross/food stamps etc....

So they're not going to throw you in jail because you can't afford it. All you have to do is apply.

They will fine you if you don't apply and can't afford it. If you don't pay the fine they'll take you to court. If you go to court they'll sentence you to commmunity service. If you balk on attending that they'll give a couple of weeks in your county jail and release you with the fine paid.

You'll still be required to apply for the insurance though, do it in jail during the two weeks you'll be staying there.

You think all of the above is bullshit? Listen, I've been to jail and in jail I've met many people in there for stupid shit like this, not paying for car insurance and whatnot. Fathers with a job and kids who have to go live with his sister while he's waiting out two weeks in jail because he couldn't afford to pay for insurance then couldn't afford the fine and couldn't take time off from work to do community service so he loses his job...and does jail time.



You think all of this is bulllshit, no none of this is made up, it's all rock hard reality folks and it's coming soon to a very typical American citizen near you so you better get ready and read up on your jail survival handbooks if you do not wish to pay into this. BUT if you're poor just apply for it and they can't take you to jail for not paying, they'll provide it to you like they provide other forms of welfare to poor people.

Money is never well spent when it is to the hands of the enemy. And lets just give you that though.

But since when do we do bussiness with the enemy and anticipate good to come. We buy and sell with those who openly claim to be the enemy of this country and the God it stands for.

It is nothing short of being sold out, and it is high treason what ever the reason!
