Re: Anyone feeling unusually tired recently
Not me. I have so much energy. I feel better than ever. Nothing can slow me down in the slightest. I do not let things bring me down. I go to bed when I always do. I sleep like a baby and then wake up and JUMP out of bed and run to my truck and floor it to work. I then run into the office and within 10 minutes, I'm off to all me jobs. I haven't walked in 15 years. I don't believe in it. In fact I run up and down stairs all day long every day. I am an unstoppable force and I haven't been sick in over 10 years. I once went to a doctor because I was starting to think that there might be something wrong with me because I was soooo happy all the time. The idiot doctor started checking my arms for drug use. I shit you not. I don't do drugs by the way. Anyway, to answer your question simply. No, I do not feel tired. That is a word that I do not use often. So is the word Wait. Have a great day.

...

Not true.. southern hemisphere and Northern hemisphere have there own air pattens, Japan's fallout will affect only the Northern hemisphere.

Thus, southern hemisphere people are feeling the same.

Water: I drink distilled water. I feel like everyone else here sleepy, tired, some what spacy.
 Quoting: 11.11.11

Drinking only distilled water will pull minerals from your body as the water you're drinking has had all minerals removed.
Distilled water is good for a short detox or cleanse only.

If you prefer distilled then make sure you're taking in enough minerals through diet or supplementation to make-up for the water pulling them from your tissues.

Remineralise using rock salt or good quality sea salt - never 'table salt'....himalayan pink salt - black rock salt...loads of different salts to help remineralise the body. Even add it to your distilled water.

But truly guys - water is the key - our bodies are majority water...rehydrate and find more energy! The simplest remedies are always overlooked in favour of some 'super special expensive' miracle cure.

Thanks for the heads up!

Much love!

How did everyone sleep last night? I just woke up from a 10 hour dream and now brewing some coffee.

Wow == something is up -- I slept 14 hours yesterday and today slept 13.5. No energy whatsoever.

Oh and lots of dreams -- I need to start writing them down in the morning (afternoon lately) when I first wake up.

Re: Anyone feeling unusually tired recently
Dr. Emanuel Revici discovered that radiation causes an increase in what he described as the Oxalic Index (OI).

In unexposed healthy people, their OI should be zero.

When the level reaches 14 to 17, the animal or person will die unless the radiation effect is corrected prior to reaching those numbers.

So now you're wondering what is the radiation effect?

Dr. Revici discovered that radiation alters the physical position of a hydrogen atom located on fatty acids. The physical distortion of the fatty acid transforms the fatty acid from being an oxygen transporter into an oxygen blocker.

That means oxygen can't get into the particular cell where the oxygen needs to go. This produces rancidity in the cell.

As you well know, once a small part of a spoiled meat becomes rancid, it spreads. That is what happens to the human body due to too much radiation. As more of the cells become rancid, the OI goes up. It wouldn't surprise me if tiny amounts of rancidity in the body produced fatigue and sleep disturbances.

The increasing rancidity will not stop, any more than rancidity will stop in spoiled meat, unless the person is treated with the correct compounds.

Revici treated patients who had radiation poisoning, reversing their conditions, with a combination of glycerol and n-butanol.

Definitely dragging today, but trying to push through the lack of energy.

I've kept a dream journal for awhile. The last few pages in it have just been fucking strange.

It's almost as if i'm working on something in my sleep.

I believe we're all depressed.
And just like in the very REAL depression we're living through in this nation we want to withdrawal.

It's comfortable to be in bed. It's where we feel most secure.

When we sleep we can escape thinking about how hopeless and helpless and insignificant we really are.

Those are feelings we (as a people) aren't used to- at least until the past few years.

I would ask yourself a few questions:

1. Are your goals in life the same as they were previously?
2. Do you honestly believe they can become reality?
3. Do you find yourself looking at a watch when you hear loud noises or unusual events taking place?

4. Are you tending to "cocoon" at home instead of attend events, like in the past?

5. Are you eating more comfort foods (mashed potatoes, meatloaf... things your mom made for you when you were little?

We never had to live this way and it's taking it's toll on us.

Just reading this thread has made me sleepy and I've yet to get out of bed at 2:15 on a Saturday afternoon.

And no, I wasn't always like this.

I was always the hopeful optimist.

There's just very little to be happy about, compared to a decade ago.

Just my opinion.

Good luck, Miggy.

You know, I read all these stories about 'dreams getting intense' these days, and nightmares on the rise...
I have none of that; sleep long, feel tired, but have really nice dreams where I travel and visit friends.

Re: Anyone feeling unusually tired recently
Could it be something in our water? I actually just made a separate thread about this. I have noticed the fatigue in the last week, but figured it had been starting a few months after fukushima. I am kinda freaked out that so many other people are having the same issue.

There is no doubt in my mind that I am excessively tired on an abnormal level. Yes it could be depression, but i'm not unhappy just TIREEEEDD, want to sleep all the time.

What do we all have in common that is giving us these symptoms?
