It's easier to Blame individuals for being the Cause Rather than Dealing with the more Scarier Problem of a Government Gone Astray. Quoting: Dark Zen This would mean either placing your life on the line to defend the freedoms that are being taken away or run away like a scared bitch. It seems obvious to me, that the latter group likes to spew adolescent insults to those who believe the former... WHat's your Take? Agree or Not? DarkZen OWS originated from the idea that the deregulation within the banking sector since the 80s (allowing to big to fails to start to exist and spiraling the rich/middleclass gap to breaking point). These issues cannot be dealt with with even more deregulation nor are they indicative as to how big the rest of the government should be (or not). |

DarkZen What is "more scarier" to me is that people like you will, one day, be responsible for anything that might affect me in anyway. That is it, isn`t it? You are not really worried or afraid about OWS or communists, you are all AFRAID of LOSING YOUR MATERIAL FLUFF and stuffing, having less, becoming one of the have nots, in other words - everything you have gained by being a wheel in a corrupt system. You greedy pups.... |

The government wants us to do as they say and not as they do, but it doesn't work that way. The corruption has infested the system to the point that Wall Street now has more corruption than the Government itself, but the head of the dragon remains in the Government. I listen to people (like my parents) say that "so what" or "we can't do anything about it." I can do something about it removing the sources of income the government collects from me. I'm not going to bust my ass for this mess, i'm not going to blindly dump my hard in money in a fixed stock market, i'm not going to be a statistic when this system collapses under the weight of its excesses which is coming soon; anywhere from tomorrow to five years from now. |

My parents are Baby Boomers and their attitude is we can't do anything about anything and don't take any responsibility. Their position is you can't do anything about anything except obey. It's extremely frustrating. |
