This would be sufficient to pay off most of the US national deficit and would pump-prime the US Dollar Refunding Program.

NOTHING. Unless literal armies of nations switch sides and rise up against the corrupt systems, nothing will happen. Look at Occupy Wall Street. While I don't necessarily agree with the movement itself, some of their messages are very well spoken. But even with thousands pouring into Port of Oakland the other day, STILL nothing happened. They closed it for a day, and everything resumes as normal. Until the masses rise nobody on the top is going to do anything but find more ways to hoard money and resources.

With the way the economy has been going, corruption worsening, the disparity between rich and the rest of the world climbing daily... something is definitely coming. I'm not big to buy into conspiracy and whatnot, but I feel that something has to give here.
