I doubt that and believe the poster is simply stating that the cash strapped Califoolian government is holding the occupiers accountable for the damage they have caused.

Without a doubt the occupy crowd has received much funding from the 1 percent that they claim to deplore such as Michael Moore and his ilk that they could and should be held accountable for the damages they have caused.

Protesting is fine however the destruction of property whether it be though breaking objects or spray painting public property or cleaning up behind their defecation and urination in public places.

This is why as soon as the occupy movement threatened black Friday the city’s cracked down on them hard!

You can not cost a city millions and then threaten the city’s biggest tax day of the year. Occupy doomed them selves.

this is how our economy works though, it benefits off destruction, in this case its creating many opportunities for slave work as the police state grows. I would question wether "the people" can be held responsible for the "costs" of occupying public space. The cost only arrives with the utterly exaggerated used of unconstitutional force upon the "protestors" who, if the police presence were not so extreme, would most likely realize the system will never be changed from the inside out and move on to creating empowered sustainable communities.
