I'm rather agnostic about "chemtrails". Are they possible? sure. Is there a probability that the .gov is spraying the people with crap. SURE! However, there is ZERO evidence to support the case. I personally feel that 99.9% of those that believe in them are simply paranoid or seriously misled. (Or willfully ignorant.) I'm a big fan of using Occam's Razor when I deal with a question. "The most obvious, simplest answer is usually the correct one." In my experience most paranoid folks jump on things like this because it makes them feel wise and observant. Like they've got the upper hand on everyone else around them: "Look, I know something you don't! Something that to me is obvious. Hence, I get to mock and insult you so I get to feel more important!" kind of thing. There is a scientific explanation for contrails, I can't understand why so many feel this NEED to see more to the situation than the reasonable explanation already on the books. I don't see the whole chemtrail mania to be much different than if someone was screaming "The government painted the sky blue!!!" while totally ignoring the reality of light diffusion.
