Nobody knows "how the fire started". the oil fields and petroliem products are supposed to be safe. it was called a "MAJOR EMERGENGY".(oil + fire= big,big boom) [link to hisz.rsoe.hu] EARLIER THIS MORNING...ACROSS THE OCEAN...
