Connecticut son reportedly wants to evict 98-year-old mother FROM HER OWN HOUSE! Served her the papers on her birthday!

FAIRFIELD -- The last thing Mary Kantorowski thought she would have to worry about in her golden years was having a place to live.

After all, her husband, a machinist, had worked two jobs for dozens of years just so he, his wife and their two sons could live comfortably in their Flax Road home. But here it was on her 98th birthday that Mary is now facing eviction -- at the hands of her eldest son, Peter Kantorowski.

"This is just a despicable situation," said Richard Bortolot Jr., a Stratford lawyer appointed by Fairfield Probate Judge Daniel Caruso to represent Mary Kantorowski. "Mary has been living here happily paying all the expenses for the house and now her son, Peter, comes along and is telling her, `Get the hell out,' so he can sell it."

A trial on Peter Kantorowski's efforts to evict his mother is scheduled for March 2 in Superior Court in Bridgeport.

BUT... My grandfather was 92 when he died. If he didnt have help around the house for the last few years of his life it would have ended up looking like one of those houses on hoarders... You know the ones with garbage, rotten food, and human excrement all over the place...

This is the typical American male of today. Every one posting here on GLP would do the same thing in the blink of an eyelash because they all hate all women - and their mothers are women, so they hate them too. We should not pretend to be scandalized by this story when we see this hatred on every page here every single day. GLP is not an exception in this regard: it's all over the web and Americans are in the forefront of the hate-mongers.

You know that smilie we have here with the raging muslim nutcase on one side and the girl liberal saying 'he doesn't mean that' on the other? Well, that's the lesson. When people tell you they hate you, you really should take them at their word and prepare accordingly. Mothers need to start disinheriting their sons, wives to pick another beneficiary besides a husband and young women: try to refrain from producing more of the same. The rot is too deep.

The eviction was blocked by the Probate Court, and the son withdrew from pursuing the case after all the negative publicity. the mother died peacefully in her own home later that year. However all the aggravation had probably taken a toll and brought on her death sooner than it might have otherwise happened. I googled.

Died in her home in August 2012.

It's not an easy judgment to make.

You see an aging parent flaking out and unable to maintain their property, or defend it against predatory banks and reverse mortgage lenders.

It sounds like he was being fair and reasonable in allowing his mother to continue living there.

What purpose does the negative publicity serve? The banks and predators.

Of course the media wants to discourage people from protecting the property of goofy, aging parents - especially as it becomes a trend, and a whole industry has sprung up to exploit and rob old people.

The mother was found competent to take care of herself and remain in her home, and boy am I glad I don't have children.

Who knows what led to those actions. She may have been the worst Motherfucking parent on earth, trust me they're out there. I commend his actions.
