Sun gazing - Calling only spiritual GLPers

I'm pretty sure that we are suns gods. Our DNA crystalline structure can capture energetic energy.

I also think the denser foods as in meat, hinders the process.

Eating plants and fruits that actually synthesize the sun will enhance the ability of our structures to capture the energetic energy.

This is just my theory and I have not done a lot of research, however it is a hunch at this point.

I have sungazed off and on for several years. Sadly, I tend to fall off from it severely in the winter, and winter here is just ending. I've been 'back on the wagon' for a month now.

I've not managed to remove the need for food, but I've seen positive changes. Particularly in the areas of mood and patience.

I have also begun to wonder whether "sun worship" really was sun worship, or actually sungazing. And with that has come the question of why it's forbidden and demonized on every level... pay no attention to the sun. Show it no reverence. NEVER, EVER look at it! You'll go blind!

Kind of like "don't frown like that, your face will get stuck".

The more I do it, the more I realize that there's a deep secret here. And great power, if one has the patience to cultivate it.

I am unsurprised that we can use the sun's energy. Think about it. I don't remember who said this, but where does the mass of an oak tree come from? Does the soil around it deplete and shrink as the oak's mass forms? No...

When the grass grows, does it absorb the dirt and shrink the dirt all around it in order to form its own mass? No...

Where does all that mass COME FROM, if it can't be created out of nothing??

Something can create mass and bring it forth into the world. If a plant can form mass without decreasing the amount of soil around it, then it makes sense that we can do so, as well. But the very idea is radical and even 'insane', of course...

Yet, it won't let go. Just as plants can 'synthesize mass' out of sunlight and water, so too, I suspect, can we. And this is the SINGLE BIGGEST secret imaginable. Without control over our food, what control would be left to have over us?? Can you imagine the freedom if we no longer needed to live from meal to meal each and every day?

So of course, looking at the sun is demonized, especially if it can liberate us, as I believe it can.

And imagine my [lack of] surprise when I thought, I want to talk about sungazing on GLP and why it's so demonized... and ta-da! Thread about sungazing...

So, what time of day do you do this? I try early in the morning.

well stated.. I have experienced the same.. and contemplated the same exact 'emergence of mass into 3d' thought-train.. we emerge out of the vacuum of space/time just like all other organic mass.. study the development of a fetus from single cell and behold the geometry as one emerges 'out of' the time/space manifold.. tetrahedral arrays galore until they hit 64..

Been doing this recently - pretty amazing.

And like Sandi, I started wondering why the sun was so taboo and dangerous. I've always loved the sun

and when I think about it

yes I eat A LOT LESS

and that's not so good always

It was useful to my brain, it did not sustain my body, did not affect whatsoever what I ate or needed to eat. I was up to 1/2 hour or so twice a day weather permitting. I do eat less these days, but its not the sungazing. I don't do it much now, after months of doing it, my body did not want it anymore, I would get sudden headaches from it. I do it for short times if I think of it now and then and am outside, but only a couple minutes, before some headache will come on.

google is your friend. you do it during the first hour or less after rise or before set when it is easy and safe to look at the sun. you start slow 1/2 minute or so and build up. after you have focused on the sun, you will discover it looks blue with a lovely peach colored aura

if you get headaches

2 options

FIRST - its not the Sun..

SECOND - you arre doing it WRONG : )



you must start with 10 seconds

and increase with ONLY 10 seconds more PER DAY...

Are you referring to "prana" (a.k.a. universal life force energy, etc.)? If so, it is not really (only) from the sun proper.

I read about this woman Jasmuheen years ago, and a couple of her books, and spontaneously (without even trying) went through what she describes as a "21 day process" to help facilitate this.

I remember not needing much sleep, having bounds of energy, and the odd urge to suck on an olive once a day but not eat it.

I happened to be running a raw food business at the time and raw foods & living foods are still a big part of my lifestyle.

i used to do this a decade ago.

you need a clear view of the horizon, which most people do not have. clouds and chemtrails also hinder availability.

it's not as simple as 'look at the sun a bit, not have to eat any more.'

Are you people grounded when you're gazing at the sun? ie, you are barefoot and standing on the earth?

You should be...

Yes, it is recommended to go barefoot on grass (if possible). Helps to ground the energies through your body & into the earth. Otherwise, one can become spaced out a lot.
