nothing against gay marriage myself aside from the fact that, even though i am an atheist, even i can see that a marriage was for procreation. and for that, you need one of each sex

even now, i dont think this fervour is actually generated by the gay community so much as those who have an agenda outside that community

gays appear to be pretty happy with civil partnerships - those who have actually taken that step. not sure how popular legally-binding contracts are, when there are no kids involved

I dont mind gay marriage but I don't think it should be called marriage. I think the word marriage should be saved for marriage between a male and female.

Why not call gay marriage "HOOKED" or something like that. So when a guy/gal says they are "HOOKED" then we will know that they married the same sex.

In states where gay marriage is illegal, it should be illegal to get a divorce. Ever, unless one of the partners dies. Divorce is a sin. So they should stop pushing their stupid sin shit in my face.
