No, the real reason why people blame god is because they've been lied to about their own nature, and the nature of God.

As long as there are books such as the bible that promote the concept of god as 'answering all prayers' and as 'all powerful' and ultimately brutal [hell and such]... people will blame god.

If we were all told the truth about our own natures and God's true nature, this wouldn't be such a problem. But religions around the world demonize and denigrate humanity... worms of the earth, the cause of all suffering, etc. etc. Then they demonize the Loving Intelligence that Created and Rules the Universe...

They had NO concept of it.

But if God was truly loving, and he KNEW we'd abuse the free will we were given, and he's supposed to be all knowing, wouldn't he know enough to NOT give it to us then? How can he blame us for a flaw HE purposefully made in even knowing we'd fuck up? It's like blaming a watch for not working right when the watchmaker built it wrong. God created us, so he's responsible for that creation.

What we are wrong about is not taking responsibility for our overall shitty actions as a global culture once we all acknowledged the fact that we are a global entity.

This site is so full of perpetuous posters that want you all to fight and argue on silly topics that have no real consequence other than to keep you fighting.

Posts on civil rights, whether it be sexual orientation or racial opinions.

Posts that cause you to focus your political orientation against another, politics themselves being a divide and conquer strategy.

Posts that pit us all against each other.

There is no above all consciousness that is looking out for us all, or judging us all, or for that matter condemning us all.

At some point in the near future we will all be subjects of those that have a higher understanding of how we socially interact and use that against us. They have been for a long time but the problem seems to be that we are reproducing too fast for their techniques to hold bar anymore. This gives them really no option but to either enslave and limit us or to cause us to fight each other and slim down the population line considering our finite resources.

This is an age old game, and it has run its course, in my honest opinion.
