Severely Constipated - Haven't pooped since a week - HELP !

How long is too long for constipation ? If I go over one week, will it be considered serious ?

Check into Redmond clay. I've never used it for this purpose, but I just finished reading a bunch of literature about it (not an hour ago). Apparently it can help with constipation. I'd just make sure I was drinking tons of water, too.

Seena Tea in combination with magnesium might do the trick but it might take a few days. They sell Seena Tea at Walgreens.

I've read somewhere that people get abdominal pain, cramps etc. if they are constipated for a week. But I have neither of these. I feel very normal and I even feel hungry (although I haven't been eating much because I'm scared to). I still have energy.

Do I need to worry inspite of not having any pains etc. ?

Drink some facking water.

Prune juice, and a number of assorted meds at the pharmacy.

Make sure to drink water.

And some exercise might help, I always find that a good walk promotes a good bowel movement.

After that, start using Betaine Hydrochloriode (OTC) and a good digestive enzyme with bromelain with every meal. This combo will keep your stool soft without chemicals, in fact, if you take to much Betaine Hydrochloriode, you'll be changing your short a couple times a day.
