Hey kc...I can tell you that I know the veil is very thin now and that the increase in what you're experiencing is a result of that and obviously the work you're doing to progress your abilities however I will not comment on OBE's themselves as this is a practice that I am not well versed in from a technical standpoint. I've been doing it since I was 9 but I never remember my travels and I've never dug in and studied it. When you find the answer to that question please let me know.

The increases in your experiences and abilities are the exact reason I started this thread my friend, myself and I'm sure many you may hear from here have and are experiencing the same thing and yes it is becoming more powerful more rapidly. I'm at a point now that I meditate on numerous occasions throughout the day to keep my energy centered, it helps a great deal. If you're being visited by shadow ppl my advice would be to learn how to use your shield if you haven't already, they can be dangerous.

Usually they keep an eye out but as of late the attacks have definitely shifted to the physical. We were actually attacked with the use of lightening twice last week, crazy but true.
