Its all about letting go of what we have learned, and remembering where we truly came from. A place of light and love.

The grid is "lighting" up as we speak. A little line of consciousness is drawn between all of us as we collectively learn and grow (its already there, just been dormant for too long). No one can take that light from you. Its yours, you own it. If more and more people would realize the light and love within, it would start to radiate in their lives around them and gradually the rate of change becomes faster and faster.

Are you a reader? I dont mean to intrude, just very curious!

As an "extreme" empath all my life, I've felt so misplaced and unhappy. I had to withdraw from most of society to get some peace. And to get some happiness into my life, I've chosen to take in animals. I truly love all of them. It's so easy to know their needs/heal them...communicating through eyes and...thoughts...?

I don't care if others look at me as weird anymore - being true to myself is more important.

These spiritual gifts are a blessing. We are in the growing pains of learning about what they are and what they can do within our lives.


Reality becomes extremely trippy and confusing. Time ceases to exist, and the past, present and future seem to blend...syncronycity and psychic abilities skyrocket and work their way into our lives.


As our lightbodies (bioenergetic field) begin to expand as our DNA shifts into a higher vibration/higher light emission, we begin to become empathetic of everything...not just emotions, but the environment around us...clearing and refocusing becomes about all it seems like you can do as you try to gain back control of your life.


Sometimes you have to just let the energy/spirit flow through you. It feels magical as your body becomes a completely different being. Just know its all part of the process, no matter how hard and frustrated it gets...just know you are one step ahead of the game ;)

For me, I gained control of my abilities by training in martial arts. I believe another poster suggested Tai Chi. The traditional Asian martial arts have a spiritual aspect as well as the combat/control aspect.

The spiritual aspect entails the tapping into and control of the body's Chi energy. With practice you will be able to keep it at bay or summon it up in small amounts or in full force as needed. When you see Senior Masters plunging their fists through large blocks of ice, that is not physical strength, but highly developed use of their energy force. (Errr ... no I cannot do that, lol!)

When I summon my Chi, whether it be in a martial arts class, to relieve pain (healing), to do a reading, banishment or any other Spiritual task; my palms & the top of my head become very warm, not just to me but for anyone who touches them.

That is not to say that I do not lose control at times. Light bulbs have exploded around me, I've shorted out appliances, gotten headaches & nausea from large crowds, etc.

It is all part of the journey. Practice makes strength, use your abilities & it is as with any other thing (such as painting) the more you do it, the better you will become.

for real on the manna consumption. it has changed me in ways i cannot explain.

The very best training I have ever found was inside my heart, even when I wasn't getting answers I never stopped asking. I would even debate to God our Father (or to each their own, whatever you believe to be God ), about life and everything he made and why I think he should step in.

One day complaining, I got a answers back, question really " I you ....... Ready for the truth?". And anything he has said to me, lead me to, has showen me the truth and teaches me all the time, the lessons never stop, you must slow down to learn, skipping steps only lead to falling.

I was willing and ready to swollow the truth, sweet, yet bitter, but worth it.

Never stop seeking the light inside you and you will be lead to your path by your creator.

Thats so cool. I would love to know what she gets when she connects with me...I'll have to chat with her. I'm sure people ask her all the time, just know some weird/cool things have happened with others have connected and it would be interesting to see :) It takes a great talent and open heart to be willing to open up to people like it sounds like she does!

lol sounds like you are an electronics killer like me! It gets annoying and people look at me funny if I ever bring anything up (so I usually keep my mouth shut)....but its true! The invisible energy field we put off increases soooo much as we connect with chi and zero point energy, it begins to interact with other energies (such as electronics!) around us!

I'm sure you are a very gifted healer! :) The heat is so cool to feel as you learn to channel it and work with the energy! If your heart is in the right place, it makes the impossible seem possible!
