It was over 100 degrees in 10 states today, not just Oklahoma. And the Weather Channel only showed it getting up to 112 in Tulsa with a heat idex of 114. So very low humidity. Be thankful for that. It could've been a whole lot worse. And think about how poor Miggy felt before she got airconditioning this week!

You can't complain about the heat unless you have no a/c at home or at work. If you sit on your ass inside all day and are only outside while walking to your car, you're just a whiner. This time of year my workplace can get up to 100 degrees for hours at a time and I still have to do very physical work AND have a smile on my face during my 72 hr work week. I went all last summer without a/c at home with 42 days over 100. Just think how the pioneers bucked up and worked in long pants and dresses in the heat! This is how God thins the heard!!!
