I think at first, most will think they can hide them. Riiiight up until they find out that LISTS HAVE BEEN KEPT. That Uncle Sam knows their names and what firearms they own. And that if they don't turn them in, they will be incarcerated for 15 years. Riiiiight up until they find CPS starting to take protective custody of those children whose parents haven't turned in their firearms.
Most, at this point, will turn in their guns with as much whining and complaining as Uncle will allow them.
