Its just a rocket that has not launched successfully of a test. I think it might even be based on something like plasma. You can see it being launched and then it splits into two... Just track the thin blue trial and not the white swirls, as they appear to be merely a secondary effect to the projectile, which you see forming within the white spiral which spreads over quite a large area - if it were in fact a real scenario and not photobotched.

Anyone who understands physics ,wind and atmosperic pressure can see that the Norway Spiral was not a failed rocket by itself. If you consider the supposed scale alone, it is impossible. A failing rocket would create a spring shape, and would not just stop, pinwheel, and spew magic thrust clouds that can push the last layer away......rubbish

Indeed! And, the fact its happening all over the world, and have been witnessed by thousands in so many different countries over so many years, suggests its completely something different.
